This is a scam website. They have obviously taken a low res picture and printed it on a cheap shirt. They have fake labels this should be banned

If there was less than 1 star I would select that!!
Absolutely scam of a company.
Do not use this web-site as the product comes from China eventually but is terrible and inferior quality and so fake I have never seen such a bad copy!!

After seeing the number of one stars on here, I was skeptical buying from RugbyStore but I did anyway. In all honesty, I couldn’t believe the bad reviews!! My shopping experience was great with a huge choice of what I wanted, I purchased quite a a big order and they had it packed and dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery was super quick and all my clothes came as described and packaged very well!!

I had to return an item as I ordered 2 different sizes and my refund has been issued back to me within 6 days!! Very impressed and would definitely buy from this company again. Glad I took the risk. Thanks RugbyStore.

Ensure you order the correct size because the Rugby Store takes 14 seconds when it comes to taking your money but 14 days to issue a refund.

Poor quality items that took a long time to arrive.

As a rugby family we have visited the store many times , on Sunday 15th June the challenge cup was on show , my son missed the end of the final at Wembley due to a melt down as he is autistic so I messaged Kat and explained and she replied to me saying bring him in on Sunday before the queue forms so he doesn't become overwhelmed. Well he loved it and we got some great pics . The store went above and beyond to make a 12 year olds year ... thank you I'm sure we will be back soon. THANK YOU.

Very poor, the top i ordered was an XL, took ages to arrive and it's more of a medium, if that.
Website has 0 information about refunds, just says to email them, so I did.
Offered me a discount on an exchange, had to ask 3 times for refund information to be told they are in China.
So not really worth me paying to send a £25 top back.
Checked my PayPal and the payment goes to a Chinese company.
They claim to just ship from China, rubbish.
Do not use.

Rugbystore are wonderful: I needed to get firm ground boots for my son's summer training. He has large & wide feet so is tricky to buy for. As they are in Scotland and we are in Kent, I ended up ordering 4 pairs of boots: size 14, two pairs of size 13 and a 12.5 wide fit. The Oxen Raptor Elite were the best fit so I returned all other 3 pairs (close to the 21 days return deadline) and they refunded me, no quibble. I really recommend Rugbystore.

Used these guys for nearly 20 years, never been any issues whatsoever. Delivery faster than expected yet again, always my go to for rugby gear.

Ordered a top for my husband , came and it was far too big , tried to exchange . Now just getting ignoredy constantly.

Ordered some tops on boxing day, they never arrived. Was told that Royal Mail have sent them to the wrong processing centre and they will be delivered soon. 3 weeks later, still no delivery. The Rugbystore offer no help and when I requested a refund they told me I have to wait for delivery and send the clothes back. Their customer service is awful. They take ages to come back to you and sometimes they don't even bother

Never received anything. Bought 5 jerseys months ago. Got email with pictures of jerseys and my address but never came.

Excellent and very quick service - 5 days delivery including personalization. Shirt is well printed including the personalisation and material of good quality. Free T shirt as well is icing on the cake.

Ordered a Kids Hoodie Size 12-13 Yrs for my average sized son's 13th birthday (right in the middle of the advertised age range) but it was too small for him.
I then returned the item at my own cost for a refund but the company only refunded the item cost and not their outbound postage charge so the whole transaction cost me over £8 for both lots of postage.
No doubt they will claim that there is a size guide for the item but it's completely useless as the item is sold by age whereas the size guide is in terms of Small Boys, Medium Boys, Large Boys and Youths not Age Range. (Order No RS1009395)

I ordered a 3x jacket and a medium jacket came in the mail. I emailed the company with order number and pictures and still haven't heard from anyone. Do not purchase from this site. It's a ripoff!

My sons 16th birthday purchased £150 boots Adidas . Box was water damaged. Previously opened. No stud key. Sent me a crappy fake england t shirt and still Wrong stud key!! Will use another company in future

This company is fake, stay away and don't even order anything from them. I ordered rugby t-shirts on the 11th of June with 1 shirt personalised. When I placed the order it say they will be delivered between 2-4 days. To my disgust and surprise, I only received the shirts today and the quality is very poor beyond words can explain. I emailed them back to arrange a return because 1st of all they didn't keep their promise and got an email back saying they won't give me a refund because the shirts are printed. They printed number 7 on the rest of the shirts that I didn't asked for them to print and they are saying it's my fault. The material is like a cheap polyester material. Stay away from them because there's no phone number if you need to speak with them and you have to email them so they can give you their postal address. The shirts are made in China because there was a sticker from.tne packaging that has been removed.

My boyfriend still hasn't received the shirt after 3 weeks we ordered it 2 weeks before his grandad's 70th and that date has passed at the weekend. They have now said another 3-4 weeks..... We have asked for a refund as too late now but they said no as its already printed, can't get through on phone he has emailed serveral times and they just keep pushing back !!!! AWFUL £90 !!

Great quality shirt and really good personalisation. Delivery great and great all round experience. I will be back for more items.

Ordered a Christmas gift for my son - order got cancelled without my knowledge and still no refund. Can’t call because the phone number on the website isn’t working. Please don’t use this site. Something seems very wrong here.

Update - I had an email from Rugby store today confirming the item is out of stock and apologising for not letting me know. A refund has been processed. Thank you @rugbystore.co.uk
