The choice from Russell's is always superb, price is reasonable, packaging is great, never had anything received damaged. Would have had 5 stars had it not been for the poor delivery service but that's not their fault.

They have seemed to update there Web site, which is still very efficient but notice some products that I used to order were not on there......but got what I needed, it was all dealt with very quickly and the delivery was fast, very happy customer.

Excellent service and range of products. We’re in Galicia so don’t have any British products in any of the shops so it was great to find Russell’s. Have ordered from them numerous times and if ordering on Monday it arrives by Wednesday, all well packed!! I’ve recommended to others in Galicia. 👍👍👍

The quality of packing is excellent, such that everything arrived in good condition. I would have awarded 5 stars, had all the products I paid for been in the package. Although the refund for missing items was promptly paid, I still don't have the items I wanted.

Excellent as always. My favourite UK snacks with super fast delivery. Just one tiny gripe, I know the food is imported which pushes prices up, but even so its a tad expensive.
