They were unfortunately having technical problems which meant my order was duplicated. I then had to ring - waited for nearly an hour for my slot to find technical difficulties meant we couldn't speak to anyone - had to leave a message! In all fairness, they did correct the order, credit my card and deliver the truck within 48 hours so that was all good. I would use them again

Really swift delivery, arrived next day easy to follow instructions and I am really impressed with the quality.I can highly recommend you. Mr. S. Bannister

Brilliant service. Would recommend

Fast delivery and good product, well made sturdy. Would suggest that the sack truck was better packaged as the wheels had dropped out of the packaging possibly in the courier van but with the present lockdown delivery system the couriers just drop off the item and it might be too late to check if all is there or if the missing items are in the van. Would definitely recommend this retailer.

Good product selection at competitive prices. Excellent service and quick delivery despite the difficulties and delays caused by the COVID19 social lockdown period.

Very fast delivery and great communication with seller. Item is exactly as described and pictured and is of top and sturdy quality.

The product quality and value is excellent. The customer service was outstanding; not only was delivery free and next day, but when I discovered a part was missing, this was supplied within 24 hours as well.

Delivery on time but damaged. Tried twice to contact but no response.

Sturdy and reliable. Delivery quick.

Excellent in every aspect. Well worth the money, used it 6 times already.
Thank you

Very robust trolley ideal for moving heavy pots in my garden . Would highly recommend this trolley.

Product arrived just two days after my order. Well packaged and exactly as described and just what I wanted. Assembly of the wheels was simply. Would highly recommend.

I have used your sack trolley for 2 weeks now and have found it to be excellent for moving heavy plant pots and sacks of compost around my garden. A well made product.

Sturdy construction, great design. Bright yellow in colour. We've used to move heavy stone water feature. Perfect balance so easy to push. We're getting old so it's ideal for moving various items from small bales, feed bags and construction materials. We live on a small holding so opted for the puncture proof wheels. It's made our life much easier.

Brilliant service - ordered Friday afternoon and truck arrived Monday. The truck is great - it adjusts three ways so is very useful and it adjusts in seconds so not at all fiddly. Reasonably priced as well. I would highly recommend Sack Trucks Direct.

Found the company via a search engine, placed an order online and received next day delivery as requested. Received e-mails confirming the order and a V.A.T. receipt. Product as described, not too much assembly involved to have the sack trucks up and running. Overall very pleased with professional service received.
