Ridiculous company that cant even provide a returns label. I would steer away. And then they also love to argue for fun.

What a fantastic company and staff.
The WhatsApp chat functionality was amazing .This allowed me to communicate with a real person easily and discuss options that would work for our specific fireplace. With that I was created a basket with all the correct materials, this was such a great addition meaning that I wouldn’t forget something.
Our fire guard arrived within 2 days and took my husband and I hardly any time to install.

Safetots provide the best customer experience I’ve come across. I’ve had to baby safe 3 tricky flights of stairs, all with widely different requirements and all I needed to do was send photos, measurements and voila solution presented back to me in my basket.
Never change, never replace with AI. This is great

I needed help knowing what to buy as I wanted a specific size playpen. Nicola Macdonald, from customer service on Safetots' WhatsApp was very helpful. She answered all my queries quickly and politely. She even produced a shopping basket for me. All I had to do was to click on a link and everything I wanted was on the basket already. The delivery was very quick. The quality of the pen is great and it is very easy to put together. I highly recommend Safetots.

A £10 refund charge when simply trying to re-order the same gates in a different size (...which given the need for a perfect fit for child's safety?) feels incredibly unreasonable. Whilst I understand small business try to maintain costs, customer loyalty/retention should be factored in too as I'm now scared to re-order incase any sort of ill-fit again. Bad experience.

Customer assistant Nicola was amazingly helpful. She arranged next day delivery of correct item, making sure it was checked before leaving the warehouse. She also arranged collection of the incorrect item at a time convenient to me. She was pleasant, friendly and professional throughout. I would like to express my gratitude to the team at safetots. The online help when making my purchase was brilliant it was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend there company. The safety gate I bought a couple of years ago is still working well but I needed to extend the gate the team where able to match my product and send a link to purchase extensions which I have done just awaiting delivery.

I accidentally ordered a gate that was the wrong size after I measured incorrectly and I wasn’t sure why it wasn’t fitting so I phoned up and wasn’t waiting long before someone answered. James was extremely helpful explaining to me I had made a mistake and helped me find a different one that will fit the space. Being able to phone and speak to someone directly for any issues or questions is fantastic and also very quick replies through WhatsApp. I ordered a new one after the help and it was dispatched in less than an hour after I placed the order.

The Safetots Top Of Stairs Wooden Safety Gate I bought was delivered promptly, and when installed, I was really impressed with the safety because it was strong wood construction, which could be screwed to the wall, child-proof latching, with no trip hazard bottom bar that other gates have. Very good quality and value, thank you

Do not order from this company they have been shocking from start to finish, I ordered 2 baby gates to stop my child going up and down the stairs (so very important) I was told 1-2 delivery it’s been 8 days I’ve still not received and they’re saying the courier can’t find my address. But I have things delivered here all the time by 10s of different companies. Terrible service don’t waste you time.
