Thank you, Keven

I had amazing contact with customer service, they replied quickly and really went the extra mile so I could properly geek out with my naruto hoodies even earlier than I expected.

Wide variety of goods! Great quality for the price. The team is also helpful with my inquiries which made my purchase quite smooth sailing. Especially liked the detailed product info on the site which made it easier for me to finally decide on what to buy. keep it up and I will surely buy again.

Everything went great with my order! The team was very helpful and friendly, they replied quickly to my emails. I found one of their products on Pinterest and I saw it was out of stock, so I contacted them to see when it would be up again, but they provided it right away and it was so nice of them. When the order arrived, it was exactly what I ordered and the quality was a surprise for me (positive one). I highly recommend them :)

The product is surprisingly good for the price I had and upon asking for the logistics, the customer service is excellent.

If you are a dragon ball fan these tank tops will not disappoint ! They can take a while to come but it is worth the wait.

This company is really tricky. I bought stuff on there. They sent me a defective product. When I ask them to refund or send me the correct item I ordered, they claim that they have the right to change the item quality and refused to refund. Don’t buy from them. Very tricky. And the quality of the item is very poor. Especially the clothing.

The products are good quality, the communication is great and the products arrived safely. Love it, thanks!

Fantastic help from staff. Purchased some items for my brothers birthday and the staff were able to supply tracking numbers to make sure the package arrived on time. Fantastic help every time.

I ordered two shirts of my favorite character #TeamVegeta. Whenever I had questions about my order, they responded in a more than reasonable time and answered all of my questions. When I received my shirts, I was very satisfied. I highly recommend Saiyan Stuff! I will be ordering again.

I was searching online for a bedding set to complete my newly decorated ‘Bob Marley’ room. I came across the Saiyan Stuff website and found the perfect set! I couldn’t be happier. I placed the order and my package was delivered in a very timely manner, even through customs! I had a couple questions on the product so I reached out, via email to customer support. I received an immediate response from Kevin who had taken the time to address my questions and was extremely helpful. I am in my 60’s and in all these years I have never come across such excellent, courteous, customer service. He is an asset to the company. I will definitely look place further orders and tell all my ‘hip’ friends about this great company and their fab products.

Kevin is awesome. He’s been helpful throughout this whole process

I bought car seat cover for 70$, and they doesn't fit at all. No possibility to return them.

Even though some items were missing or I didn’t check my order properly they were super friendly, fast response too. I definitely would recommend SS To any dragon ball z fans thank you so much!

This was my first online shoping expirience and I must say even we had a hiccup in size order, all was fixed fast and with quality. I recommend this site to all ! Have a nice day !

So as a huge DBZ fan, I was really excited about the wide range of products on offer.. however before purchasing I was unsure about how good the quality of the products actually was in reality & how easy/hard the order process would be, given the distance of journey the product would travel.

However, once I spoke to the customer service team, I felt completely at ease. I was given regular updates, tracking was very informative & upon receiving my product I was left pleasantly surprised I must say.

As someone who does a lot of online shopping, I must say, Saiyan Stuff has displayed some of the best consumer/supplier service skills I have come across in a long while. With such a unique range of products on offer too, I highly recommend giving them a go.

Will be ordering again soon
Happy custome
