If you are in because of the AI edge…

If you are in because of the AI edge they claim to have, this is not really it. The customization of the messages per profile is barely noticeable. It also always ends with the same CTA and you have no control over it, which is to schedule a call.

As a stand alone cold email infrastructure, it works fairly well and customer support is great.

all needed tools in one place

I like you can have all needed tools in one place but you do not need to use them if you don't wannt to. The structure is clear and the support team is realy helpful. You still feel that here and there are some features missing since the plattform is quite young. But YOu see updates on a weekly bases

I asked to pause all subscriptions and they still charged

I asked to pause all subscriptions. They charged me for a subscription after and told me this is separate. The subscription wasn't even listed in subscriptions page. Going back and forth with CC company to get it handled.

To clarify, pausing a Mailforge subscription stops charges related to mailbox plans. Domain registration is a separate services that renew annually and can be set not to auto-renew to prevent expiration. In this case, the charges you’re seeing were related to domain renewals rather than the paused subscription.

We recognize that this distinction was not as clear as it should have been. We will be working on improving how billing details, renewals and notifications are presented to avoid this kind of confusion in the future.

Reliable platform with great support

I’ve had a really good experience with Salesforge.ai so far. The customer support team stands out: they’re responsive, helpful, and actually take the time to understand what you need instead of giving generic answers.

On top of that, deliverability has been solid and consistent, which is ultimately what matters most for us. Overall, it’s been a reliable platform that does what it promises, with a team behind it that genuinely helps when you need it.

As a founder

As a founder, I'm chronically overloaded and simply don't have the time to micromanage our outreach processes. I need systems that just work in the background. SalesForge is exactly that kind of system. I set it up properly once, defined the parameters, and since then I can blindly trust that the process is running smoothly. It has evolved into an extremely reliable and predictable growth channel for us, consistently flooding our calendar with new demos.

Full of bugs

I've never had such a bad experience with a software product, keep running into bugs with their multi channel sequencer and support is not helpful. They overpromise in their marketing but can't live up to the expectation.

Strong outbound tool with great deliverability

We have been using Salesforge to run outbound campaigns across multiple inboxes and domains, and the deliverability has been solid. The plain text sending, bounce protection, and ESP matching make it feel reliable and well built.

The interface is simple to use and makes managing sequences easy. Overall, it is a strong platform for teams serious about scaling cold email properly.

Salesforge is an excellent sending tool…

Salesforge is an excellent sending tool built from the ground up for cold email. As a professional email strategist, I know I can rely on recommending this software to my clients.

I really love the inbox, I know, but it's so intuitive to use. I would prefer that it was an easier to use credit system between active campaigns, and those that are just uploaded and saved in the database. Sometimes it gets confusing what's really been used or not.

Other than that, it's been an awesome experience because their software just works and connects with the other FORGES in the ecosystem so I don't need to go anywhere else.

Great platform for efficient outbound automation

Salesforge has been a great tool for our outbound efforts. The platform is easy to use, the automation is reliable, and the team is clearly focused on helping users get real results. It’s saved us time and made our campaigns much more efficient. Highly recommended.

Best option out there

It is less known but much better than the giant competitiors. On a unnamed competitor I was getting only 30% of the results im getting on salesforge. And when I had an issue with my mailbox. Warmups, it was resolved EOD. Exactly as advertised and as it should be. No regrets using the platform and I do highly recommend it to anyone reading this

I’ve been using Salesforge for a while…

I’ve been using Salesforge for a while now, and it’s made my outreach process so much easier. The platform is intuitive and saves a lot of time compared to manual prospecting. I especially appreciate how smooth the email automation is — it feels natural rather than spammy.

What stands out the most is their support team: quick to respond, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure you succeed. They also release updates regularly, which shows they’re actively improving the product.

Of course, there’s still room for improvement (e.g., a few advanced filtering options would be great), but overall it’s been a reliable tool that I can recommend to anyone serious about scaling outreach.

Salesforge combines everything I need

Salesforge combines everything I need; email warm-up, personalization, sequencing, and deliverability, into one clean, fast platform. The AI writes emails that sound natural, not robotic, and integrations like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot fit seamlessly into my workflow. I also love the smart contact checks before sending, which keep campaigns healthy. Support has been quick, friendly, and genuinely helpful. A tool I’m happy to stick with.

Great deliverability and great support

We've been using Salesforge to scale our cold outreach while keeping emails highly personalized. The UI is clean and intuitive, making it easy to manage sequences. Deliverability has been strong, and we appreciate the ability to A/Z test and track performance across multiple inboxes. Support is also very responsive whenever we have questions.

Easy set up, intuitive UX, excellent email validator

The set up and onboarding was swift and easy. Everything is self-explanatory.

What I love the most is the simplicity and pricing. I've tried Instantly, Apollo, Smartlead and Saleshandy (and bunch of LinkedIn specific tools).

The set up of all the functions and processes at Salesforge really intuitive. You also get a report if something is off and you can quickly fix any inbox linking or authentication issues to resume the campaign.

What else I love is the lead validator when I upload my leads (most of my lists come from Apollo). The checker and validator on Salesforge does a very thorough job to ensure you get only the healthy emails to send to and provides a detailed breakdown which ones are good, which not and why. I've got so much more deeper understanding of what kind of different reasons there might be for an email to be not good for outbound.

As in Mailforge the support has been amazing whenever I had questions. Hard to match the response times and efficiency. Loving it so far. Definitely a long term user of their service.

The platform is solid

The platform is solid, it is growing on functionalities and integrations. But sometimes when a contact sends an email that is not a direct reply I do not get forwarded.

Although the support team is very active and they fully solve each problem.
