Had a problem with first appointment but was rectified. Rearranged appointment was very professional. Very courteous and honest, didn’t try and oversell and was in and out in no time, would recommend definitely

Jon, the engineer, was absolutely excellent. Polite, knowledgeable, and serviced our macerator so well that it now performs better than it ever has, including when it was newly installed. It was clear that Jon was a genuine expert on these devices, and he was so determined to get it running perfectly that he popped to a local supplier to get a component that had been fudged by a previous engineer (from a different company). Thank you Jon, you are an absolute credit to SanifloSpecialists. We cannot recommend you highly enough.

Plumbico as a company had really let themselves down in the way we were treated, and the original workman who came out was less than helpful.
However eventually Plumbico sent Craig out.
Craig was so helpful and respectful. He double checked everything and tried to resolve our issue, which was a blockage in the drainage. He took time and really did everything he could to sort things out.
Even though it wasnt resolved it was definitely not through the want of trying.

Craig came out to fix an issue with water backing up into the shower tray when running the sink/flushing the toilet. He did a great job, and fixed the issue quickly. We have recently moved into this house and had no idea how a Saniflo works, and Craig was very helpful and informative with any questions I threw his way. Also appreciate him not trying to upsell us on anything; he acknowledged that no parts needed replacing, and that it wasn't in need of an immediate service. Which meant we only had to pay the agreed callout fee. All around, a very easy and helpful experience - thanks Craig!

Last year we replaced our saniflo using saniflo specialists. That installation was done quickly and professionally. Since we've had cause to call Craig out as something had been dropped into the unit. Again swift reaction to our call and job sorted within 24 hours. Today it was the annual service. Craig arrived on time, did the work and left everything neat and tidy. Thanks again for great service.

We run an AirbnB and a guest has flushed something they shouldn’t have, made contact and an appointment was made within 24 hours. Craig and a colleague attended, in the arranged time slot to fit in with changeovers and were super friendly and polite and fixed the issue straight away… highly recommended… thanks

So I was left with a toilet that didn’t flush at all. It was only a service so a working macerator became a non working one. There was a very poor communication process involving an AI bot to get someone. In the end the engineer was complaining he might get stuck in traffic on his way to me and explained to me how to fix it myself following his instructions. Very disappointed, very poor service. He had failed to reconnect the flush. So presumably hadn’t checked it before he left??!!! Not impressed.

He was charming, polite and a clean and tidy worker. It’s as though he has never been here.
I would totally recommend using Saniflo Specialists and when we need them again I hope it is Nathan who comes.

Our plumber was Tom. Really nice lad, polite and respectful of our property, tidying up after himself etc. He contacted in advance of arriving and was really efficient in attending to the macerator.

After calling almost every local plumber and being told they didn’t service macerator units I finally found Saniflo Specialists and I am so pleased that I did. Olivia arranged my time slot and Craig arrived as promised. Faultless service from start to finish and lots of advice given on how to keep my unit working well going forward. Craig explained everything in detail and was absolutely brilliant.

Craig is excellent at answering any questions, very patient. And he is quick and efficient when doing the annual check.
