My daughter had a cartilage piercing with a lovely piece of jewellery. James was very professional and efficient and said it was much less painful than she had imagined. She is delighted!

Seller scammed about the details
I though I supposed to get the daisy box as shown. I guess the list on the website mislead the customers. The only reason I bought it at the first place was because of the special edition box. I'm truly disappointed as it was supposed to be a gift. You can imagine how disappointed am I waiting for the special box all day just to see I got the basic box not the limited edition that supposed to come with the special edition bracelet. However, the bracelet was beautiful and maybe a bit thin

I'm sorry to hear you're disappointed with the packaging on your Georg Jensen bracelet. Please accept my apologies for what was a genuine human error. The Daisy packaging was for a limited-edition collaboration with Stine Goya. Unfortunately, the image of the packaging was mistakenly added to the product page of the bracelet you purchased. I can assure you that we are not 'scammers' and are official stockists of Georg Jensen, and have been for almost 15 years. We are an independent, family-owned business, and I am sure you can appreciate that mistakes, although rare, can occasionally occur. I have sent you a follow-up email with a proposed resolution. Absolutely amazing service from Sarah Layton.
I ordered a necklace as a gift from my Mum for my 60th Birthday. When it arrived, I loved it, but felt it was a bit shorter than I'd hoped. I contacted Sarah Layton by email & they came back to me right away with the suggestion that I could have a bit added to the chain by their jeweler. I hadn't thought of this.
Sue was fantastic organising this & keeping me updated. When it I arrived, I was absolutely delighted & so happy with it.
5 stars to this Company's customer service & quality of product.

Was looking for a Garmin Fenix 8 and found it at Sarah Layton, however I missed the Bank Holiday special by a day. They were brilliant in honouring the deal and the customer service was outstanding.. would definitely revisit for future purchases.

Thank you for your lovely review. I'm sorry the bag was slightly damaged in transit - we will gladly replace this for you if needed, just get in touch or call in to the store. I appreciate your comments on the delivery charges - we actually subsidise the full postage costs, as we use a fully insured and tracked next-day service with either DPD or Royal Mail. We have tried other, cheaper delivery providers in the past, but had so many issues with missing or late parcels. Thanks, Leanne

My daughter had her ears pierced here in July and the process from booking to leaving was exceptional. The staff were professional and friendly, knowledgeable and caring. My daughter loved the experience, even though she was a little scared (of the pain) the staff made her feel so at ease and gave her plenty of time and explained to her so she could understand what was going to happen, planned out the appointment, they had a huge choice of earrings. The price was very reasonable for the service. She got a certificate and a teddy at the end to congratulate her on having her ears pierced and being brave as well as a full care package to look after her new piercings.

Brilliant…
From ordering a watch to its delivery everything was perfect. The watch was out of stock when ordered which even though the order confirmation gave a timescale we also got a phone call to make sure we were aware. When the watch arrived again a call to check what delivery date was the best. Would 100% use Sarah Layton again.
