These guys are the real deal - great communication, great attitude and great commitment to the customer. They absolutely go the extra mile, quite literally in our case too. Have used them multiple times, and will continue to.

Jim was very helpful prior to my booking and took the time to provide clear and accurate advice on the parts required. The pricing was competitive and transparent. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and the mechanic arrived on time and completed the work to a high standard. I was also given helpful advice on upcoming maintenance to ensure the vehicle remains safe and reliable. Overall, a professional and efficient service that I would be happy to use again and recommend.

What a great mobile service . We had a diesel filter fault, we have used SAS before and did not hesitate to call them again , everything was explained to us before and after the job . Jim was great , he got to work and a couple of hours later he was done . Our car is running great now . All this done on our door step .

I paid ClickMechanic £329 for an oil and filter change and a DPF clean and regeneration. SAS Steering Alignment were assigned the job. After the mechanic did the job, he made a point of telling me the DPF clean and regeneration of the DPF would probably not work and if the light came back on, I would need a new DPF at a cost of over a thousand pounds.

Guess what within 5 days the warning light came back on. SAS Steering Alignment that did the job were not interested in helping in any way and pointed to what I was told after the job was done, that I needed a new DPF. This turned out to be total nonsense and just a way of trying to exploit more money from me.

I employed a company called EngiClean, who specialise in DPF’s. After diagnostics tests, they diagnosed I did not need a new DPF, but I did need a DPF Clean. They then cleaned the DPF and guess what, they did it properly. They gave me readings before and after the clean. My car is working better than it ever did.

I contacted SAS Steering Alignment, and they were not interested as in their opinion I still needed a new DPF at a cost of over a thousand pounds.

SAS Steering Alignment did not want to help in any way or try and reach a compromise. SAS Steering Alignment believe they are due the money for DPF clean and regeneration even though it was not done (correctly).

Please if you have a DPF issue please use EngiClean, they cover the same area as SAS Steering Alignment but they are cheaper than SAS Steering Alignment and are professional, reliable and know what they are doing. It cost me hundreds of pounds and a lot of hassle to realise SAS Steering Alignment do not know how to clean and regenerate a DPF. SAS Steering Alignment have kept my money even though they have not done the job correctly.

Please do not use SAS Steering Alignment for any DPF issues, use EngiClean, they know what they are doing!!!
