Great, if you can open the bottles

We’re sorry to hear you’ve had difficulty removing some of the lids. They are fitted quite securely to prevent leakage during transit, which can sometimes make them a little tight on first opening. A helpful tip is to gently warm the cap slightly (for example, by holding it in your hands or using a cloth for extra grip), push down on the cap, which can make removal easier.
That said, this certainly shouldn’t be a struggle, so if you’re still having issues please do reach out to us directly and we’ll be happy to assist further.

Some time ago I wrote a review on this company in which I expressed some concerns about their postal services, at the time it had (twice) taken nearly 3 weeks for me to receive items I had ordered on 24 hr postage, it wasn't their fault, it was Royal Mails. I did say the products were fantastic quality and basically had nothing but good to say apart from the fact they used Royal Mail for their couriers. I have (sadly) avoided them ever since because I cannot risk holding orders up for 3 weeks while I wait for oils. This week I ordered an oil, not for an order but one that was getting low, there was no rush for it but I did choose 24hr postage anyway. It has arrived today, 24 hours after ordering, exceptional service really when you think about it, I hope this means RM has sorted itself out finally and I can happily shop here again as their products are second to none. If you like unusual, top quality oils, ones that you wont see every day, give them a go, I dont think you'll be disappointed.

With over two feet of snow and road closures for several weeks, all courier networks — not just Royal Mail — were significantly affected. It was an extremely challenging period for deliveries nationwide.
We completely understand how delays impact your business, and we truly appreciated your patience during that time.
We’re also very pleased to hear your recent order arrived promptly and that the service met expectations. Just to clarify for transparency, we do not offer a guaranteed next-day dispatch service. Our standard processing time is 3–5 working days (which can be longer during particularly busy periods). The 24-hour option refers to the courier delivery service used once the order has been processed and dispatched.
Reliable delivery is incredibly important to us, especially for our long-standing customers who depend on us to keep their own businesses moving.

I've tried many fragrance oils over the years, however these oils are far superior. A little more expensive, but so worth a little extra .

Nice Fragrance Oils but ink smudges on labels
Ordering was easy, speed of delivery was good. The ink on the labels still disappears if you touch the label so you cannot see batch number, name of scent etc. I make soap to sell and the info on the label is required. It needs sorting.

In relation to the labels, we use thermal-printed labels, which can unfortunately be sensitive to friction, heat and oils. This can sometimes cause the print to fade or mark if rubbed.
We’d also like to clarify that we do not print batch numbers or expiry dates directly onto our standard labels, as it isn’t feasible to update every individual label with batch-specific information. Most of our customers who require batch numbers for soap or cosmetic compliance simply email us with their order details, and we provide the relevant batch information and documentation directly. We’re always happy to supply this promptly.
We completely understand how important clear labelling is when you’re manufacturing products for sale, so if you’d like to contact us with your order number, we’re more than happy to assist further.
