I will preface the following details by stating that I followed and abide by the sites terms and conditions. I opened an account on 01/29. Keep that date in mind. On 03/11, I received a successful redemption for $562. On 03/15, I accumulated a coin balance total of over 1500. I made a redemption request for over 1000. It was denied. An email was sent to me stating that my account was still in the first 30 days of being opened. ( FALSE)... It then stated that since the account was still new that my daily redemption limit was only $100 and that my account would be reviewed moving forward based on overall activity with the possibility of having the daily limit increased to $250. After I verified my account opening date of 01/29, I read the sites terms and conditions. It clearly states that after 30 days ( which my account had been) the daily redemption limit is calculated based on the total amount spent on purchases since the account was opened. That total corresponds to a VIP level assigned . I made purchases of over $500 which represents a Gold Tier VIP player. THE STATED DAILY REDEMPTION LIMIT IS $500. After my initial request was denied, i submitted another request , this time for $500 , again the daily limit that should have been assigned. The remainder i used to continue playing . That amount of nearly 1000 was SOON lost which was not an accident. A day later, the $500 request made was also denied. When I referenced the terms and conditions, I was told that my limit had been increased from $100 to $250. ( not the $500 that it should have been set to) . I had to resubmit another request for $250, while at the same time the other $250 remained in my account.. I received the $250 redemption while the other 250 was eventually lost..

When i ran out of coins, I received an email the following day that stated that my daily limit had been increased to 500...

The facts in this matter are irrefutable and redefine business practices that are completely calculated and deceptive. Falsely placing an improper redemption limit on an established account is exactly the type of behavior that regulators should take note of , in addition to game results occurring immediately after much smaller redemption requests are made with remaining balances exposed .
