Ordered furniture 6th April, planned delivery date 31st July. Received emails and text messages the day before and on the day confirming planned delivery with estimated times. I organised the donation of my existing furniture for the same day to accommodate the new furniture.

Received call after delivery window to confirm the delivery is not possible, offering delivery the following week, 4 days after the original date. I asked the distribution centre if there are good
will gestures or partial refunds due to delayed delivery, I was told to ring the local store, the store told me to ring head office but there are no options to speak to head office.

Disappointed the delivery was cancelled after the allotted time, we have no furniture for 4 days, and I was passed around the various teams with no response to potential reimbursements

We love our new sofa. The delivery was quite late but we were not worried because we were kept informed and it was easy to call and talk to someone for reassurance. The delivery was really easy and done in a matter of minutes. The reason for the 4 star rating is the lack of flexibility with delivery. I was expecting more notice than just a few days. In store I was told I’d get a week or two which is more time to arrange collection of the old sofa and time off work. Having to drop plans at the last minute was inconvenient. It wasn’t a big problem but I would have appreciated more honesty or more notice/flexibility.

Really pleased with sofa bed excellent quality, easy to pull out to a bed and put away. Delivery was easy, it came 3 weeks early and communication on Delivery was good

Shannon at Pipps Hill Basildon store was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable when purchasing our sofa, as were all the staff.

When we paid the final payment we did not receive a receipt, the guy who delivered the furniture was spot on I noticed some damage on the leather and they said they would report it and someone would get back to me so hopefully they will call me on Monday to get it rectified, minor details otherwise over the moon.

We were met by a lovely friendly young lady who helped us find what we were looking for and gave us all the options for possible variations for the sofa. Just wish it could arrive sooner!

Greeted by Amy with a big smile she was very knowledgeable and advised to give her a nod should I need any further information. She advised that she would leave me to look around. She advised about possible delivery time and what they could do for me re material choice and recliner or not. Would recommend this store very helpful staff but without putting pressure on customers to buy. VG

Very good service from start to finish

Sales personnel were very helpful ready to answer any questions, I received my furniture on time, the delivery crew were great.

Was very pleased with how we was approached in the shop we was met with a very friendly man called Callum at the basildon store as we walked in he did not put any pressure on us just told us he was there if we wanted any help
help us choose what we was looking for. As a disabled person Find it very easy to get around the store in my mobility scooter and look at furniture
where as I do find this very hard in some stores where they are very close in furniture too close to each other and find it very hard to move around. Where is this store? It was really easy to get about. We got before we was expecting and delivery which was efficient and they were very nice friendly delivery fellas recommended to use
this particular sofa is very comfortable so far highly recommended

The store is well laid out with a very good variety of sofas. We were helped by a staff member called Gary, i cannot praise him enough for being so helpful & having such a friendly manner . Nothing was too much trouble for him, showing us different materials for the sofas & cushions. Re-arranging the furniture to what we wanted therefore making our choice so much easier. An excellent shopping experience overall.
