The quality of the sofa is amazing but the customer service was a let down. I'm constantly chasing them even though repeatedly they told me they would call me back. Delivery got changed and on arrival there was a rip on the sofa

Delivery service was good and service was good.
Apart one problem - I found left hand rest that has top part has a gap but already booked for the visit. well organised.

The communication between the delivery staff was good, but unfortunately our order was not complete and another date has been organised for the second part. So that was disappointing.

As we walk into scs we got a very good welcome the sales assistant was very helpful and polite we told him what we were looking for and what fabric he got us a bottle of water we sat down and discussed the price and the hole package we had a very good experience

Visit to ScS
We were welcome on the visit to ScS, allowed to spend as much time as needed. We were taken through the ordering process slowly. At the end, we asked for a swatch of the fabric design chosen but were told it is no longer provided. This was disappointing end to our otherwise good experience. I hope this changes.

I ordered a 2 and 3 seater Calisese…
I ordered a 2 and 3 seater Calisese Stella560 was told they come apart so my 2 seater fit in. On delivery in March both were in one piece so unable to fit, room overcrowded. this was noted by the delivery man who said someone will call. I have sent in 4 complaint, heard nothing no call or email, went into shop last week was told Darren smith had said no further action, but no one could inform me of their decision.TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Becton showroom was great. Had plenty of sofas in stock for customers to try. Helpful sales people who were not pushy at all. We got a great discount too!
Still waiting for the delivery though, so jury is not out yet.
