There was a lot of choice! I was looked after by a man named Michael who was absolutely delightful. He was friendly yet very professional and knowledgeable, he went above and beyond to meet my needs. I’d definitely recommend to others.

The sofa is beautiful. The massage feature is very loud and super intense, doubt we will use it. The speaker system in the sofa is great if you can connect and also listen to tv at the same time with dual BT.

All in all great quality but very gimmicky, I wouldn’t pay the extra for the perks, just not worth it.

Really great experience buying our new sofas. Welcomed into the shop by the staff also it's the best smelling shop in the world 😂! Aaron was absolutely brilliant from the start very knowledgeable explained everything from picking the colour and material too helping set up the finance he made the whole experience easy and enjoyable fantastic service. Received a warm welcome and although our needs were carefully listened to we were left to wander and look at the sofas in peace. Once several were investigated we were helped with our final choice with plenty of useful advice. The purchase process was straightforward and clear! Thoroughly recommended - amazing staff!

We had an excellent experience with your Bromborough store the Staff go all out to make you feel welcome lots of knowledge choice of fabrics different ways we could make it work with our room size etc the service is exceptional Aaron was always at hand to help gave us all measurements prices for different combinations ie : corner suite, chair maybe a 2 seater , all with prices depending on what we chose Emma was also a great help , with options to pay interest free how many years etc and a delivery time going forward all in all we would 100% recommend the Bromborough store

The sofa was in our living room 6 days after ordering which was fabulous. However there was a few difficulties scheduling delivery which changed from what we were told in store and then we had to go backwards and forwards with the distribution centre and store. Emma at the Bromborough store did everything she could to keep the process moving and was excellent.

Totally understandable explanation of all options open to me making my final decision more comfortable.
