The salesman & buying experience was good.
Initially the wrong sofa was delivered which caused some consternation.
We are very pleased now we have the right sofa , the quality , feel, material etc. are excellent.

We arrived at the Croydon on a Saturday morning, the show room was laid out very well we were welcomed with a smile and asked if we needed any help just to ask. We did come across a very nice corner unit this is where we met Peter who talked us through where the sofa unit was made what designs and fabrics available etc. He was full of information and extremely helpful, and a very nice man. He did a quote for us with discounts and after care included. We went away to think about it and returned within an hour to see Peter as we thought that was the corner sofa unit for us. We had a coffee met with the store manager and he went through and double checked what we wanted to purchase and the time scale. Again a very nice man and a great team he has at his store.
