From ordering our furniture at the Darlington branch to receiving delivery just yesterday our experience was awesome. The sales guy was fantastic not pushy but very knowledgeable. The delivery information was the best delivery information I’ve ever experienced brilliant. Thanks to Doug & Doug for the delivery and construction of our furniture they left everything working and the area clean and tidy.

We had a very bad experience with Scs 7/8 years ago and was mis sold the extended warranty. So when we popped in just to have a look after hearing some good things from friends. Your staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. So patient with us and explaining everything in detail. We spent about 2 hrs in store. And felt relaxed and not pushed into anything. We ended up ordering a couch and a separate chair (totally different from the couch). We even took out the extended warranty which we swore we would never do again. Your sales man on the day was just the best. If there was something he was unsure of he went away to check. Keep up the good work. And thank you from a previously disillusioned customer.

The delivery was early and the two lads were friendly, chatty and did a grand job.

Nothing to much trouble.

Sofa came in the wrong colour, went into the store and the manager basically said there was nothing he could or would do because the paperwork stated that colour. I didn't even have that colour swatch out when i was looking at them.
Also whilst setting up the sofa the installers stripped and damaged the mounting for the backrest so it's currently loose whilst i wait for someone else to come out and repair it. All in all a terrible way to waste 2500 pound

The delivery was made within the designated timeframe and the driver and his assistant put the chairs together and explained the mechanism and how to separate the chairs if required

Communication by email and text including vehicle tracker to show whereabouts of vehicle was very good and informative. Prompt on time delivery, settee was set-up and with no fuss. Altogether excellent experience. No problems.
