Arrived at given time, didn’t take long to put it all together, pleasant and efficient

We waited for our new suite and was not disappointed when recieved.
So far loving the experience especially with the electric recliner design fitted.

I have never left a review anywhere before. Even if I had bad service but this company made me leave a review.they delivered damaged sofas on 5 occasions,scratched leather ,ripped ,scuffed ,misaligned sofas, numerous other issues ,the first delivery men damaged my decorated walls ,mud on carpets ,were rude ,bad service and mainly because the deliveries are carried out at speed ,no care taken, consecutively, lied to us were very rude to us hours on the phone waiting for someone to answer, no one calling you back ,trying to always arrange repairs to a new sofa is a big NO for me waiting 3months at a time for replacements ,PLEASE DO NOT make the same mistakes we made ,have since bought from a family owned business and very happy,we will never forget how awful our ordeal was ,please think carefully as this company are dreadful,if I could have given 0 star rating I would have

Jazz was amazing and recommended a sofa which suited our requirements. She had expert knowledge of the product and guided us through fabrics and colours. Thank you Jazz!

The staff were most helpful and knowledgeable and the store layout is simple, tidy and very clean. Lee helped us with sizes, styles, fabrics, delivery and protection insurance which led us to choose Poltronesofa as our preferred furniture store. We will certainly visit again for future projects.

Very knowledgeable explained how you can pick your colour scheme doing all of that but not making you feel rushed or looking over your shoulders.

Julie was very helpful and polite when helping choosing a new sofa. She was very knowledgeable and could answer all my questions. Julie made us feel like we was not pressured and gave us time to consider our optiins.

Delivery was good.
The 2 sofa’s are out of line due to the batch numbers not being matched to each other. I have sent enquiry to Customer Service with photo’s, but no response yet.

The guys were great. Seemed no trouble at all.

We were greeted at the door by the lovely welcoming Brendan, who asked us a few questions to establish what exactly we were looking for.
He gave us a guide of where to look checking back that we were okay and supplying us and our six year old Granddaughter with chilled water.
He was always available to answer any questions we had.
When we had made our decision he helped us select our fabric and we went to his desk to complete the order and his charming colleague supplied us with coffee and showed myself and our granddaughter to the toilet.
When we arrived home we realised that we could actually fit in a larger settee and as Brendan had explained that we has 48 hours to amend our orders we phoned the store and spoke to Jaz who was also lovely, she referred to Brendan and our order was quickly amended.

Staff crew ,Scott and Marvin were brilliant,they delivered in time stated,communicated throughout with email and text message an phoned to tell me they were on their way .They handled the sofas with care .They were really helpful and gave great advice and what to do best.They put the furniture together ,showed me how the single unit works if needed removing, brilliant,thanks so much .

The men were courteous, fitted sofa and took all packing away there was no mess
