We were greeted by Nick on entry to the store. Nick was very friendly and welcoming. He briefly introduced himself and the store and left us to look around. When we had questions he was on hand and provided all the information we needed. We decided to purchase and Nick explained in detail the pricing, options and delivery. A few clicks later our new sofas were on order.

Ordered in May & spot on with delivery time. Good notification of when delivery would be from driver.

We arrived at the Kidderminster store to browse for a new sofa and chair for our living room today. We were greeted by a lovely young lady called Steph. She was very welcoming and had a lovely smile too!! We looked around for a while and found a corner sofa we liked. We sat in it and really liked how comfortable it was. Steph then came over and led us through everything we needed to know and the offers that were available on this sofa. She described everything with great knowledge and answered all our questions. Not once were we rushed by her she gave us space and time to ponder things over, which my wife and I really liked a lot. We have decided to buy the sofa and a chair and again this was dealt with efficiently and take us through all the steps brilliantly!! Steph is a lovely person who was pleasant through out and our experience was fantastic in her company. SCS, you have a gem of an employee on your hands indeed!!!

Went to our local Kidderminster store staff were helpful without being over bearing or pushy showed us all options both in seating arrangements and materials available. Matthew was most helpful and allowed us to take our time to make our final decission

The shop assistant was super friendly and helpful. The store was inviting with lots of options. The reason it’s 4 stars and not 5 is because there was a very hard sell for the aftercare insurance with a lack of transparency that it was added on to the order without explanation. I really had to be on the ball to notice it had been added and quite firm that I didn’t want it!
The sofa we chose was very reasonably priced and I’m looking forward to receiving it.

Frist all we had no noteferction about the sofa coming so had to rush to get old out that no good enough and then the staff on phone phone to Kidderminster stall trying sort was very rude his name was matt and once they brought sofa we noticed after they gone they damaged our walls we just had nocking the paint work off

Delivery great but we did not receive our care kits for the sofas and there was a stain on one of the sofa legs, this has been reported. Also noticed that the electrical mechanism on the one recliner sofa is very juddery and the sofa seems to lift when the recliner is replaced. This is going to be reported

We were very happy with the range of sofas on offer, to be able to choose our favourite sofa to then be told we could get £300 off the final price was fantastic. The lady that served us was very knowledgeable and very helpful during the whole process.

Nick at the Kidderminster branch was brilliant, showing us around all the sofas that were in the showroom, we specifically wanted a corner sofa and he had alot of knowledge on each one
