Damage on the back the Velcro don’t meet to see it off

Patient, wasn’t too pressured which sofa shopping was prior to this, left to look and wander when needed.

Arrived at the scheduled time even rang half an hour before arrival. Sofa was unpacked tightly on my driveway and deposited in my lounge with no issues very kind gentlemen.

We had the best experience possible aided by an outstanding salesperson Jeeilee. Her knowledge of the product coupled with her excellent ability to listen to what our requirements were helped us choose the best sofa possible

We were sent a time slot the evening before, then a smaller one on the day and they arrived in the slot, fantastic.

As soon as I walked through the door, Manjit appeared seamlessly and said hello and talked me through everything at the store to ensure I got the right sofa to fit my space. Considering that my space is really tiny.

Purchased the most comfortable sofa, chair and tech chair from SCS in January this year 2026, had to wait until last week to get it but so worth the wait, the quality is second to none
We browsed in all the major furniture stores and this set really stood out for its added extras but the quality stood out, I have to say the minute we sat on it we knew it was for us.
David was amazing going through everything with us with no pushy sale tactics, just informative and very helpful.
When we had our delivery date we were kept updated with live updates and even received a call when they were 30 minutes away, when they arrived they asked exactly where we would like it all to be placed, exceptional care was taken to put everything together and all packaging taken away.

I did know what I wanted but the young lady that served us was very helpful and having tried the chair again found it very comfortable but unfortunately they had not got the rise and recliner in store for me to try. I ordered the chair and was told it may be a little firmer so I’m hoping this is the case.
