My friend and I chose settees. Different styles and colours.while my order was being sorted I was told to choose between over 300 colours and fabrics. Swatches are thin, narrow and difficult to envisage on a settee. Not told it would cost a lot more if we chose not to have the ones on the showroom. 5 yr warrantee was added so price of 2 settees went from £1400 to 2200. Even technician couldn't understand how £800 was added without any explanaition. My advice go elsewhere. I have asked why I didn't get a receipt but was told it had been sent and why the extra £800 but was told I had chosen different fabric which meant an extra 200 per sofa, warrantee £200 but that is still £200 that isn't accounted for.

The shop staff were great, the chair I chose is great, the delivery was great, for most people, the whole experience would be great. However, many of the features of many of their sofas rely on an app which has been designed in a way that makes it completeley unusable for blind people like me, so our actual choice is very limited. inaccessibility, when it does not need to be the case, is inexcusable. They clearly don't want our custom. I had to go elsewhere for a power recliner, and other blind people will too

Very welcoming staff, particularly Darren. Very knowledgeable and assisted us with the lift to the second floor as I have a disability. We only liked one sofa as we wanted to purchase just one, to swap one of a pair of 2 leather ones. And it needed to match our existing decor. We really like it, had a think about it and then put the order through on the phone.

On Time - quick & tidy.
And the icing non the cake is my snuyggle chair and sofa.

This modern premises are adequately situated in a retail park with ample parking. It has two floors with high quality furniture and gives you that special choice. Staff are pleasant and friendly and gives you that welcoming warmth. Darren who was pleasant, dealt with us and helped us to get that little deal.
