Honestly I have no complaints about the sofa but the customer service after buying the sofa has been ridiculous. I bought the Leather Care kit when I purchased the sofa as recommended by the staff in store and I paid the £49. I was told that the delivery people would provide the kit upon delivery of the sofa and they didn’t.

I got my sofa in March and I am still chasing the Leather Care kit or a refund and customer service keeps telling me the store will call me to arrange delivery. The store keeps having a busy line when I call and customer service keeps fobbing me off.
It honestly is the most ridiculous thing.
Don’t sell me something if you are unable to provide it or give me a refund.
Awful service

Excellent quality sofas. Colour seems different to show room despite salesman taking the sample outside for us to see. Delivery was a shambles, given a slot of 12:45-14:05, crew rang at 06:59
informing us they would be coming in a hour.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful member of staff who did not apply pressure just give advice and then was there when we wanted him. Shaun from Sheffield Drakehouse was Fab. Offered us water and coffee to which was great.

Conlon was fantastic from start to finish. Helped us choose the right sofa for us and decide on the cover we needed with our cats. Would highly recommend. Excellent value for money and can’t wait for our new sofa to be delivered!

After seeing your TV advert we decided to visit your showroom which is very impressive with a lovely welcome by a member of staff who was very informative of all the furniture in the store. This lady was not pushy at all but advised us on all materials and leather and listened to what we were looking for she explained everything very well including all the aftercare.

A warm friendly welcome "Ciao Poltrona" how can I help you. We were then shown a variety of sofas to suit our needs, no rushing, no pressure, altogether a stress free experience. Everything was explained in detail and all our questions answered clearly. Chloe was knowledgeable and looked after us whilst in store.

The material under the sofa was ripped where they store the legs for the sofa.
The delivery guy knew this but had to be prompted by us to ask what was up with it.
He never told us to speak to Poltronsofa. We have since emailed them and are awaiting for a response
