We ordered our recliner on the 25th Jan 2026, paid first payment when ordered, had a text 28th of May to pay in full which we did 24hrs later i got a text to say they can no longer deliver on the 5th June with no other date offered.
4 months and two weeks later still no sofa.

I visited the store at Hedge End Southampton last weekend with my boyfriend and was really impressed with the range of sofas and fabrics available. We looked at all the other large sofa retailers afterwards and ended up right back at Poltrone! I'd like to shout out Karen, who was super helpful and never pushy, and guided me through my decision-making process and then sorting the finance agreement etc. with some good laughs (while remaining professional). The free water was a godsend in the heat as well.

I was kept informed by the diver of time that my furniture was going to be.
All staff from showroom to delivery drivers could not have been more helpful.

Superb service. Drivers updated us on the delivery timings as well as utilising the tracking service. On arrival they assessed the entrance for space and brought in the sofas easily. Put everything where we wanted it and took all rubbish away. Could not be more pleased

I went into the store already knowing what I wanted as I had researched online. In the store Karen was really helpful she showed me the sofa and chair that I was interested in and helped me decide which colour leather. Karen explained everything clearly and made sure that everything was correct in the order.

The choice of all the fabrics and that you could have your choice whatever sofa you choose. We had found in other shops that we could find a sofa but not in the fabric we want or fabric but no sofa.

Staff all very welcoming. Very good help from Diane choosing the right suit and colour for us .

Lack of communication between placing order and delivery

We visited the store at Hedge End. Jamie was excellent with the advice and obviously new his stuff. We ended up buying one of their lovely sofas, and gave us a very good deal,,, We would love to get the matching chairs, so will be back!
The only thing I would say is why on earth they are wearing aprons!! I get the Italian theme, but really? 😂

We found the staff in shop very patient and helpful with no pressure selling.
After we chose and ordered the sofas we liked we then had to wait a few months for delivery. The delivery date was given, however on the day the delivery was around 3 hours later than the original slot
They delivery staff where excellent when they arrived, they put together the sofas quickly and efficiently and where very friendly and polite.
The quality of the sofas is better then i expected and the material feels soft and of nice quality. hopefully they last for many years, but first impressions are excellent.
