Marcus in St Helen’s was brilliant. He didn’t try to push selling us anything like some places. He introduced himself and said to ask if we needed help. When we asked advice he went out of his way to give us all the information we needed. We went home to measure, and went back 2 days later when we knew Marcus was there again. We placed an order with him. He is an asset to your company. Very knowledgeable and helpful without walking around after you as we have experienced at other places which put customers off.

We where looked after by a lovely lady, Amy, she was so helpful, knew exactly when to leave us to browse, but available for any queries, she was very knowledgable 👍🏻 and pleasant

Everything is fine with sofa - great assistance from store at point of order
Communication about delivery was effective until the day of delivery -
Smart Moves advised that the furniture would be delivered between 2.10 2.40pm - obviously this could change due to traffic
The message said one delivery before mine
Then it went pear shaped advising it would be an hour later , then another hour later until the delivery guts arrived at 6.19pm
They did a great job and very customer focused
It is a pity at the last hurdle that the “ smart “ delivery information wasn’t so smart - at the point they arrived the system was still saying delivery would be between 7.15 - 8.15pm & two more deliveries to be made before arrivibg at my home
Everything else was excellent from store staff, ease of ordering until delivery

We visited the St Helens store and on arrival we were greeted by the staff member Christine.
I explained to her what we were looking for and she showed us round the store explaining clearly about each suite that we considered to buy. After a lengthy discussion we settled on a dryer that we were happy with. Christine was friendly, professional and quite knowledgable.

Hi could only leave one star. As we have not yet had our Sofa delivered . Due to unforseen circumstances. Ie Traffic our sofa was unable to be delivered. Hopefully will be able to leave a better review once delivered tomorrow .

Christine was very thorough and explained the order process clearly and made the whole experience a breeze including the lead time for delivery, would definitely use poltronsofa again
