Our whole fabulous experience is purely down to the most incredible customer service from your staff member, Christine. From the moment she approached us in the store, she exuded an incredible warmth and friendliness, without applying any pressure. Her depth of knowledge on all of your products was phenomenal- very impressive indeed. She carried us right through to completing the sale and could not have been more helpful if she tried. She was incredibly enthusiastic, knowledgeable and committed to helping us find a product that worked for us. Her manner was slightly unique, but it absolutely worked. Christine is an absolute asset to your organisation and we would probably have left the store without buying anything, if she hadn't approached us and been so genuinely fabulous. Amy was brilliant. She was very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable about the product & put both my wife and myself at ease. She was not going allow us to leave the branch until we were absolutely sure and satisfied.

We were met by a very helpful young lady who showed us round your wonderful store. She listened to what we had in mind and advised what she thought would be what we were looking for and then left us to browse and decide. No pressure which was great.

The friendly staff were very efficient and made sure everything was how I wanted it.
The only thing I would say is the email sent for delivery spot could be better. Instead of saying 7am - 12am it would be better to say maybe 7am - 10am etc. That way every person expecting a morning delivery would not have to get up so early. I say again, the delivery was perfect. Also the staff at the store were very helpful and friendly.

Delivery slot was given and I was able to track easily.They arrived earlier than I thought and were very professional.Put the sofa together, cleared up and took away the cardboard packaging and explained everything they needed to very well.Excellent service throughout.Would recommend to anyone looking for a new sofa.

The sofa was damaged. Said it would be reported but on the job sheet ot did not show.
They delivery men tried to gey the marks off with the kit but failed.
We are not accepting this and when I phoned was unable to get through.
The sofa fits great and staff and delivery guys were all great

Worst company ever to deal with atrocious customer services never dealt with a company so bad got my new 2 seater reclinering sofa delivered 7 weeks ago both faulty one gas so many faults on you wonder how it got passed quality control got in touch straight away was tokd would be contacted back a week went by I had to call them was given a date for the company emeria to come out and look at it a day before they were due out had a phone call cancelling saying called in sick then given a new date which was 13th July cane out in the morning time looked a sofas and said I guess you want new suite I told them yes nit repaired new sofas been into store today to find out what was happening to be told that eneria said customer happy no further action we'll im fuming over it then tokd by store we've emailed them again give it till Tuesday call back in store if not heard nothing which I won't hear back never do I called them myself today not expecting to get through but hey ho I did to be told again leave itcwith us we get back in touch with you thats all I'm getting awful customer service no apologies not even trying to help me so got till Tuesday if nothing sorted they can come abd take there suite away and I will never ever recommend them ir purchase from them again they don't care about there aftersales or customers utter joke of a company and was delivered in stuffy white van

Settees arrived within the agreed time schedule with the showroom. On the day of delivery we received texts and phone calls with arrival updates.
The two delivery lads were great and hard working in bringing everything into the house and placing where we asked. Thanks to all.

The sales person who came over to assist us on the day was very knowledgeable and helped us when we required information but also gave us space to make our choices without feeling mithered. Christine is a credit to the company.

The company has supplied us with 2 x 2 seater settees,one electric and one manual on the recliners.
Got to say they are very fine quality. I'm fussy and could find no problems whatsoever, no marks,no scratches on the leather,nothing to concern me.
Delivery guys great,thorough,polite and efficient.
The only downside to the whole purchase experience was the 13 week wait,in this day and age this should not be acceptable. As it happens,after visiting all the usual furniture shops,the quality was quite markedly better so we were prepared to wait.
I wonder how many sales are lost owing to the delay in manufacture and delivery
