Staff specifically Elaine at the store was first class, no pressure sell but attentive and knowledgeable enough to help us make an informed decision and for the staff I would give a higher review. However clearly the store was under staffed which resulted in several customers waiting as staff were trying to deal with multiple customers at same time. This ultimately resulted in errors on our order that we had then to make a return visit to the store to rectify.
On the return visit to the store to complete the order we found the store was equally under staff pressure and they could not assist and complete our order as Elaine was not working.
We then had to complete the order the following day on the phone.
I dont see this as an issue with the staff - but it will be costing you clients

Liked when on arrival member off staff directed me to areas in store I was looking for and left me to search and when needed helped me make the right decision so thank you Stirling store.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, asked for info on what we were looking for and explained how the process worked. Staff were visible at all times and happy to answer questions but we're not pushy.

Efficient installation of an excellent sofa

no hassle when walking about and advisor was excellent at helping us get the order done, he explained fully and answered all of our questions, a great help

Salesman Will approached us on entry, asked what we were looking for.
Told him specifications, leather etc.
Told him rough budget.
He took us round store and showed other sofas but grades of cushion firmness and colour's.
Between us we worked out best fit.

Staff very helpful and attentive from the moment we entered the store.

We started out to purchase paint for a scratch on the
car and ended up with a 3 piece suite.
Tis was due to your well appointed showroom.
The layout at different levels was eye catching and
easy navigate.
The staff were excellent, taking time to explain the
finer points were in our eighties. Well done.

The delivery of the sofa when it arrived was classed as failed as the sofa would not fit through the door. The drivers said it happens all the time, they then took the sofa back to the DC. I was left disappointed as I was made to believe by the sales people that the sofa would come in manageable smaller components which would then be assembled once they were positioned in my lounge, I was then told I could get an upholsterer out to the house who could redeliver the furniture and take it apart and reassemble it and then I had to pay him £129. So I waited another3 days for this, there was confusion with the pick up of the furniture on the day for the location so I waited in a whole day to finally get my new furniture installed, the upholsterer was very good and was great. The furniture itself is absolutely beautifully well made and comfortable and I love it!! My only qualm though would be for the sales team to inform the customer of ensuring they check the website guide online for ensuring the furniture will fit through the door to avoid disappointment and delay. My door measures average width of a UK door but the measurement of sofa was over the size of that width.I recommend that a proper upholsterer is delivering the furniture in the first place so all proper measures are in place.

The sales man was called Steven in the Stirling shop.he was so friendy welcominh answered all my questiond then when i.gave him my measurments he talked me through alternatives he knew i loved the couch and helped me to downsize a little..this young guy should be applodeed he went above & beyond 8star ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

Updates on delivery were excellent. Team that delivered on the day were very friendly and took great care and attention installing the sofas to my specifications really impressed. Sofas are exactly how I remembered them from the showroom extremely happy with my purchase and the treatment in the showroom as well.

Good delivery team and all round staff

From the staff when we purchased our suite in store to the delivery guys the service was first class.

My wife accepted the delivery and said the men were very helpful unpacking and placing the furniture in the room. All in all we are very pleased with the delivery and the quality of the three piece suite.
