Were very good was a big corner unit fitted in no time looks and feels lovely

Honestly the worst company ever ,I bought a couch and have spent a lot of money on it , but they’ve sent me the complete wrong colour and materials and when I complained they denied it until further investigation they admitted that it was their fault and they told us that we’d get a replacement but later on even refused the replacement saying that the forms have been signed even though we were never told that the couches would be completely different. I have complained many times now but haven’t got any answers or resolution, they even told us that they had no cctv which is just unbelievable, I also have requested a refund or a replacement but like I said denied. I bought mine from the one in Stockton and honestly the management was just very not good .

It was a nice experience, the crew came at the estimated time and did a good job.

The sofas are absolutely wonderful, very comfy and look lovely in my living room.
Issues with getting the 3 seater in, which couldn’t be helped. However the staff was rude, and abrupt with my mother in law, the man who was experienced and teaching 2 other lads, was very rude making snarky comments on how we should have measured up properly, and was just not pleasant towards my mother in law.

Smooth delivery and well before expected date of delivery. Overall, great service!

Good In Store service, delivered on date promised & delivery team phoned 1hr beforehand to advise how long they would be before arriving. They were respectful of the property & the new carpets, taking shoes off & taking all packaging away. A brilliant service from start to finish

Very polite and professional both in store and delivery staff very helpfull.

We was given a time the guys would be here to deliver sofa.
On walking back with the dogs a van was waiting in the driveway. We had not received a text stating they were here to deliver sofa. This was so much earlier than our allocated time so this needs to be addressed.
They did say they had trouble with a van.

The guys were nice and chatty got the job done and went .

Delivery crew were friendly and efficient. Sofa was placed in room and assembled

We were greeted at the door by a lovely lady called Chris at the Portrack Stockton branch who explained the new offers and what fabrics and colours various furniture could be ordered in.
She then left us to have a browse and said "give me a shout if you need help" which we did.
Chris helped us with the style, colour and fabric and was very knowledgeable.
We wanted to decide and she said come back any time and told us the days she worked.
We went back and purchased a lovely four seater settee and are now awaiting delivery.
Very pleased with the choice and service.
