The staff were very friendly and helpful, let us browse at our leisure, no hard sell at all which is very unusual. 10/10 service.

Very good service and delivery excellent snd keeping up to date eith delivery. Could have delivered sooner however my decision to delay as was on holiday that week. Excellent from start to finish.

Excellent service

The member of staff listened to my needs and directed me to a product, a sofa bed, which best fulfilled them. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable and there was no pressure placed on me at any point.

The delivery was great both of the delivery men were excellent However there was damage to one if the backs he reported this and asked for me to get a call back however no one has called to resolve this, which
Is a shame because it has spoilt the experience.

Friendly sales person but when I tried to contact the store to add items to my order they never got back to me the first time, never placed the order the 2nd or 3rd time. Only added item on 4th attempt 2 days after intial order but the item is being delivered 2 weeks later despite being told it would be with initial order

All the staff we dealt with were lovely and very efficient. The delivery men were very careful to not mark walls or anything else and waited until the rain had stopped before bringing sofa in.

The member of staff that attended to me was very helpful and informative.I also found that the sofas were reasonably priced.

The staff were very helpful they were knowledgeable on the requirements we asked for (dimensions etc).

From the sales assistant to the delivery team the experience was great. The sales assistant was very patient as I couldn't decide on the sofa I wanted and then was a great help with the colour and material.

The delivery team were brilliant. Great guys who took no time at all setting everything up. Also explained what to do if there was any issues.

Always use SCS and hopefully that will be the case in the future.

We had excellent service at the Stration store. The staff were very welcoming and did not chase us round the store which made us very happy.
I have to say we went round a lot of sofa shops and the sales staff were like vultures so that Polronesofa were completely the opposite so we'll done..... 5 stars for the store.
We purchased a lovely Sofa from stration store and was delivered 6 days earlier than expected which was great.
We got a message and email from the delivery team a week before delivery. Then on the day of delivery contacted by the delivery driver to let us know when they would be arriving. Delivery went great very quick and extremely polite amazing service and they made sure we were happy 😊

When we had decided on the sofas of our choice, Kevin could not have been more helpful. He was very honest in his approach, made us feel welcome and made sure our choice was right for us, even showing us alternatives and making us think about what we really needed and not just buying for buying sake. The whole experience was stress free and pleasurable and we are now looking forward to taking delivery of our new sofas later in the year.

As we entered the store at Straiton Retail Park Loanhead a member of staff asked if we had been there before (which we had not) - he then informed about the different tickets on the sofas etc meant and said if we needed any help to just give him a call (which was great as we were not sure what we wanted and it let us browse).When we asked any questions he was very informative and helped us decide on which furniture we wanted

Staff friendly and offered options to help decide what to buy. Very knowledgeable on designs and colours and fabrics on offer. Went over our purchase to check it was what we wanted before placing order. Clear on delivery times and what to expect when delivery is made.

Very interested in their products and their customers. It shows in the interest, knowledge and patience which the staff show. They seem well trained and know how to listen to our thoughts and when to leave us to think and discuss a potential purchase. Best described as, “above and beyond”.
