My experience at Poltronesofa in Waterlooville was 1st class the lady was very helpful and polite didn’t hassle just let me browse until I found the one I was looking for, she was very helpful in choosing the right colour leather nothing was too much trouble even though it was late in the day. The shop is well laid out and the smell is divine.
I’m looking forward to receiving my 2 chairs. I would recommend this store and certainly go back in the future

I purchased an expensive real leather three piece suite; 3 months ago which i expected to be reliable and long lasting. however, the rechargeable batteries have completely failed and no longer hold any charge making the reclining function unusable. this is completely unacceptable for a product of this quality.
when i contacted the manager at the Waterlooville branch where i made the purchase i was given incorrect details for customer services and felt badly let down by their attitude and refusal of help in rectifying my fault in store.
Both the product quality and customer after service at the store have been extremely disappointing. i would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing

When you delivered to 9 braemar road. Drayton Portsmouth at 11am on 10/4/26 where I was working your courier vehicle hit my van that was parked and drove off causing damage to the passenger side rear panel. It was seen by 2 people and I called SCS in Waterlooville and spoke to Jake who said he would email the relevant people and get back to me. No one got back to me!
I also after not hearing back made contact on here where I was again assured you would pass on my details and I would be contacted. It’s now 29/4, I have reasonably waited another 2 weeks and I have not heard anything from anyone!
I would really appreciate if a manager could contact me asap and actually get this resolved. I am a small family run business and would just like the damage to be paid for. I thought you would have done something about it as it had been been bought to your attention twice but it seems not! I will post an update once I hear back and if it gets resolved. You have my details as I have given them to you twice.

Friendly helpful staff would have got five stars. However the company's policy of not providing swatches or allowing us to borrow one overnight meant that we had to place an order and hope that colour of the suite will be OK when it duly arrives. It's all very well providing a daylight viewing area where the colour temperature can be varied to simulate natural daylight but it doesn't tell anyone if the colour will suit the colour of your walls and carpet at home. Asking a customer to bring in a sample of carpet is a bit daft if you bought your house already carpeted - are we supposed to cut out a section of carpet to bring in or recarpet the lounge to suit your choice of colour??

The showroom is laid out well.
On both visits the staff were very friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable.
The only issue we had was, finding out delivery would potentially be 4.5 months away.

We went to Waterlooville where we were greeted by Marcus. We explained what we were looking for, and he showed us. It wasn't quite what we were expecting so he showed us something similar, but better. He showed us all the functions then gave us plenty of time to make our choice. He was knowledgeable and friendly, not at all pushy

The showroom experience was great, lots of information given, a quick and easy process of ordering. Awaiting delivery so can't review the actual product as yet!

Arrived not knowing what was instore for us. "Ciao" and off we went. A soft scented airfreshner and lighting and great showroom, gave us the perfect experience to discuss and demo the uber-many sofas. They wernt workers there, more individuals who told us the pros and cons, very knowledgeable and down to earth. No hiding anything that wouldnt work for us. Advised us what extras we could have and worked with us to get the perfect sofa for the sitting room. The only desperately frustrating thing is the delivery lead time. But you are forgiven here, as its gorgeous Italian craftsmanship ❤️.

Great customer service and loads of options on all the sofas. Jake, from waterlooville was great and really helped us to find the perfect sofa for us.

Customer service was good and no pressure to try to sell. Options available were explained and plenty of information was provided.

Warm welcome as we came in, no pressure selling. Jake who assisted us and helped us with the purchase was amazing! Very personable, knowledgable and helpful.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The showroom was beautifully apportioned with an unparalleled selection of colours available to choose from. An order has been placed with Richard who explained so much to us about the company and the process.

Probably the worst company and shopping experience I have ever experienced, delays, damaged sofa upon delivery and then zero ZERO contact from this company since, they have my money and show no interest in supporting me, all they do is refer to an upholstery company called Elmira who appear to be a bunch of sub-contractors, absolutely useless company, avoid.

From buying our sofa to having it delivered, brilliant service. We were able to track when the sofa was out for delivery. A couple of lovely, helpful, and polite chaps delivered the sofa. All packaging was taken away. I have been so impressed with the service and delivery at your Waterlooville store. Thank you very much. x
