We were nicely greeted when arrived and we were left alone to browse without being pestered

Nadeem was calm, kind and helpful )but not pushy) which was so good. I bought an ex display sofa and it was delivered within 3 days and a very reduced price! I love it!

The sales lady (Bee) was outstanding she is an asset to the Watford store very helpful knowledgeable

What wonderful and polite gentleman who delivered our sofa. They took so much care and did not rush or force anything. We were kept informed when delivery would be. I cannot fault the service from start to finish. Thank you.

Service was okay, but nothing amazing no explanation on how to use the care kit, just a box with an Allen key left no receipt or anything else left.

Mo who helped us was friendly and polite.

People that greeted us were very friendly and when we had decided they were very helpful and efficient

Very pleased with the service we received by Mo we had researched on line so I new what we wanted but we asked Mo to show us other furniture and fabrics just to see if there was anything else that we would have preferred nothing was too much trouble for him can’t wait now for the delivery.

Our visit to Poltronesofa, Watford was a great experience. We were met at the entrance of the store by two very smartly dressed employees, they were very welcoming. Their approach was to offer their advice if we required it, we wandered around without any pressure to buy. Their advice was helpful and honest. We were impressed by the layout and quality of the leather furniture.We soon found an ideal combination for our home. We were informed there was a little wait for delivery which was entirely reasonable. The deposit and credit agreement was professionally managed.
Delivery arrived on time, Phil and Dean installed the furniture in a friendly and professional manner. We are delighted with the look and quality of our furniture, which included a leather care kit free of charge. Thank you team 😊

Staff at Watford were very friendly and helpful.
2 staff members were outstanding, Lucinda and another young lad working with her.
The young lad explained all about the different tickets and what is available in Leather or other fabric.
While browsing another Lady named Lucinda came to us and asked if we needed assistance, we told her we were browsing and she told us she was just downstairs should we need any more information.
We found what we liked and I went down to Lucinda to ask for her assistance.
Lucinda was so helpful, making sure I had the right colour and style, info on insurance, delivery expectations.
Delivery came yesterday, 2 men very friendly, set up my two 3 seater recliner sofas. (9 /7/26). All within time schedule.

Was greeted by nadeem who showed us what we asked for for gave us options on leathers and materials we had to measure room came back next day and purchased item's
