Prompt arrival
Prompt arrival, phoned before arrival, very courteous delivery people, assembled furniture promptly and took away all packaging, unable to connect chair recliner due to a faulty plug, explained process and ordered a new one before departure.

Made lots of mistakes Didn’t set me up…
Made lots of mistakes Didn’t set me up for interest free credit despite asking for it several times! Had to go back to shop to set up Feet missing from chair Was told the chair shouldn’t have feet! Even though the one in the show room did have them! Was given used feet in the end from shop floor! Would not recommend to my friends
