Delivery team were organised, professional and very respectful.

After my third visit of searching for a sofa (and second visit to the York store), I was unsure what I was looking for. Thankfully, the assistant Lee, was on hand to help guide us through the different options. Lee listened and didn't push or over promote. It was only because he identified the large Crostolo 3 sofa as being in the clearance sale that we realised it was in clearance. After he explained it's price, we realised what a huge saving we would be making if be bought it. Lee gave us time on our own to discuss our thoughts, however, we knew it'd be the one for us. We're very grateful for his help!

Had a lovely experience in store looking for a rise recliner for my elderly mum, she didn't want anything old fashioned looking and picked peacock green which is lovely. Non push salesman which was nice and he let her take her time.
