My order has never been sent, I have tried to contact the company to chase this up but I have just been ignored. If they were unable to fulfil my order, I’d have appreciated a refund or at least some communication

I have used Send Nod multiple times now and it's always been so great and well-received. Fast and cheap delivery, excellent value for money. I now live abroad from my friends and family in the UK and sending a Nod to them is actually cheaper and faster than sending a letter straight from here and much more appreciated! Will definitely use again.

After initially receiving my order which had been done wrong I emailed the company and after exchanging a couple of emails with someone called Robert I received the correct order the following day very helpful and quick to rectify the mistake will definitely use again
