This review is based strictly on extremely long shipping of products ordered and paid for and lack of communication from the company. I placed an order on October 15, 2025 and still have not received it. I have sent emails to the company inquiring about my order. Some of the replies that I receive from them are that they have actively followed up with their fulfillment and shipping teams regarding my order and have escalated it for urgent review. They are pressing for confirmation on the shipping status and next steps so they can provide me with accurate and concrete information. Their last response to me was a month ago.

I placed an order the middle of Oct 2025, they were up front with saying delivery would not be until the end of Nov 2025. About a week after placing the order they gave a delivery date in the beginning of Dec 2025. So, for the first 2 weeks there was a mix of emails about the order and advertisements. Then only emails with advertisements. In Jan 2026 still no product, sent an email with no response. I sent another email beginning of Feb 2026, but this time they respond. There was more than 1 email exchange, but it basically said sorry we have no idea when it will ship. Then they refused to cancel and refund the order. Sent me a 30% coupon code;like I'd ever buy anything from them ever again. Their position is if you don't cancel within 7 days of placing the order, you cannot cancel. My position is any company that doesn't deliver the product they claim to sell is committing fraud. Any company not willing to cancel an order because of issues that are THEIR fault/problem is shady at best. Then to top it off use a marketing ploy to try to get follow up business from that customer instead of making the situation right, unethical. Sad and unfortunate if the origin of the company is true.

I would give Sereni a negative rating if possible. I ordered a calming vest over 5 months ago and still haven't received it or a refund! What horrible customer service.

Ordered a vest early November for my adult son. It is now mid February and we have not received the vest. Emailed numerous times, always told there are delays, it will be shipped, blah, blah, blah. Getting ready to start a dispute with my credit card company. This is ridiculous. If you have production issues at least have the decency to let customers know and give them an accurate timeline. Buyer Beware!

Sereni Inc. is a grift and disingenuous company. I tried to order one jacket and ended up with three. After you enter your payment information it forces you to purchase more. You can't exit the payment page without being charged more for items you don't want or need. And the worst part is they don't provide a contact number to speak with anyone to correct the problem, but the deduct your money immediately.
These vest are available at more reputable companies. Sereni is not an honest company.

Pre ordered 2 vests a month in advance. Wasn't posted for months and only after lots of chasing. Arrived and was too light (not between 5 and 10 percent of my daughters weight). Tried to return under their 100 day return policy but the cost of postage to return was high. They offered 40% refund over a month ago (which I accepted). I have chased multiple times and still haven't received the refund. Terrible service and EXTREMELY slow.

Ordered vest in late September. It has yet to deliver or be refunded after repeated requests for assistance. The company sends deeply apologetic emails about their delays and that’s it. Beyond disappointing.

We are working on using it more. We just got it so not much to report yet, but very hopeful. The quality is amazing and looks like ordinary clothing which is a plus.

I got this for my friends daughter and she loves it. We don’t have to struggle to put it on her, she won’t let us put certain things on if she doesn’t like it and she’s wearing it everyday. We need to get more just to keep up with it. It’s also easy to wash. I want more colors and bigger sizes since I can see this growing with her.

It was a classic item and looks great.

This is the second vest I’ve ordereredfrom this company in 2 years. I should have known better after the runaround I had trying to get the first one but I thought it was a one off as their emails seemed to care about the delay and I did finally receive it.
This time it’s been 3 months and I still have not received the vest. If I ever get it, it will no longer fit my grandson.
I regret ordering from this company and would not recommend it to anyone.

Ordered vest 3 months ago for it only to arrive today. Previously promised refund due to delay on multiple emails, then a further email was sent as no refund arrived within the timeline promised, then to be told I was no longer entitled to a refund. Extremely disappointed. Yet to try it on my step daughter so unclear of fit but overall product is lovely! My advice DONT purchase from this company!!

Do NOT buy from this company!! I ordered two vest for my kiddos on 12/22/2025 and was told I would receive them on 1/12/2026. 1.5 weeks after the due date, I emailed support and told there was a delay. Another week later and I requested a refund. I was told that I could ONLY CANCEL BEFORE THE 7-DAY PERIOD!! How am I supposed to do that when the due date was almost three from the time I ordered?!? So I asked them to email my policy... They refused. I emailed them back today that I would report them to the Federal Trade Commission (FRC) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE DISABLED!!! If you been scammed by them, go to the websites that provide services to REPORT THEM!!

Scammer!!! We trusted this site to help our son regulate and over a month has passed and no vest just a $300 charges. This is disappointing and so disgusting that people do this to others. Especially with these types of products and what they are used for.

My son prefers the vest and really enjoyed the scented stickers.

My ASD son enjoyed his vest. Teacher has commented on the improvement in his behaviour at school.

Not sure of exact date.... Waited months for vest - ordered 6-7 for a 5 yr old: too small. Told to return it for an exchange & have now been waiting 3 months.... Although the return address is USA - I suspect CHINA.. SO disappointing, aside from money loss.

10 weeks still no vest- buyer beware. Customer service people lie- if they bother responding

Ordered for a second time! Amazing company. The team personally reached out to thank me for my order and included some extra free gifts with it.

We love the look of the vests and will be using this for my little one to help with his regulation. Material is high quality.
