This company is a joke I ordered 22 cube of concrete from them and it was to be delivered at 1 hour intervals as it was being delivered on 3 lorry’s that didn’t happen all 3 lorry’s turned up within 20 minutes dumped the concrete and left also add insult to injury they took an extra £350 out of my account because they could 😡 I wouldn’t use or trust this company again they are a disgrace as soon as they have your money they are gone

Do not use this company it has changed its name when I fid the review they seemed ok they said that if I pay up front it would save the prices? But when I call to say that my ground work was ready for the cement their phones would not work I went straight to my bank and told them that gone into liquidation and that if I needed to get my money back I'd have to go for the liquidators, I want to stop people making the same mistake this company does not care how much you lose do not trust them🔥

They went bust owing me and presumably many of their suppliers money. They did not communicate my needs to the direct service partner. They owner of this business should be pursued legally if at all possible!

Ordered a skip through this company on 21st August 2023,to be delivered the next day.they rang late in the day to say it would be delivered the day after.after the skip didn’t arrive by 1 pm,I rang them and they said it would be another eight days,so I cancelled it,and they said they would refund my money within ten working days.
Gues what?no money returned,after a month of lies and promises ,they said it would be another month to return my money,taking it to two months.
I eventually went to my bank and raised a dispute,and my bank refunded my money and are now sorting it with this awful company.
They use local area codes to con you into thinking you’re getting a local company .
They are a disgrace

Shocking service from service supply network.

We ordered concrete from this company and had to pay in full. £782.83 later, the day before the pour they contacted us to say they had a bigger pour on and would not be able to supply us.

We requested a refund and to this day (24.09.23) we still haven't seen a penny.
I have been in contact with customer service who assured me the refund had been approved and will be processed in 10 days.(The payment never materialised)

Once the 10 days passed I was told to contact the accounts department so they may help.
Unfortunately both my emails have been ignored and we are back to square one which is with no product and £782.83 out of pocket.

Terrible service and nothing short of criminal

Continued from my last review as "Not Happy"

Myself and this company came to an agreement and a refund settlement was arranged. I was informed that the refund would reach us with 14 working days!!
Well, 24 working days have been and gone and the refund has yet to reach our bank.
I have reached out to the company twice since in the last 10 days and not a response recieved.
So I am "Still not happy".

And their contact telephone number on their email signiture is not recognised!!!!!

This business has folded avoid I have also fallen foul of not getting a refund and am owed money avoid this company I’m hopeful my bank will claim the funds back

Disgusting service cannot get a hold of anyone, same stupid recording saying technical issue and call back later been over a week now and still same position. Avoid at all costs terrible customer service

Staff very helpful and friendly. Concrete came when expected and kept up to date with service provided

Would really be much better if I was notified by a text when it was delivered and when collected. Very happy overall.

No one showed up and we had no call to tell us why. Now we are awaiting our refund over a week since we were let down. No apology. Very angry and disappointed 😡

I was given more than I asked for and you had the cheek to charge me for it.Not impressed

I have always given Service Supply Network 5*. The office staff are always helpful and the drivers friendly and always careful to put the skip where we want it. It is just that this time it took so long to be collected!

You changed delivery time 3 times as a result it run into late afternoon and the men I had on site would not work that late , when I asked to reschedule i was told there was a charge involved . Which they latter changed their mind . I then rescheduled for a later date and when I rang on the delivery day the phone cut off 3 times at that point I was convinced I had been scammed . So all in all it was a very dismal and stressful experience. I had to contact Wright mini mix to sort it out. Yours sincerely. R Pullen

Ordered for Saturday everything was agreed and paid, then the next day said you can’t do Saturday so I had to get lads to travel 3 hours on a Friday to pour it, never use you again cost me and my business money

On time and the cement was delivered in a efficient manner
