Damaged product , when making enquiries customer support( Maisie Hartshorn) made the decision to give a £20 credit instead of answering my questions on increasing credit or returning item as we were not happy with the offer.

Sent off oil analysis. I have been trying to get my results for weeks now and no one will get back to me. Just a scam people. Avoid this company.

Advertises free United Kingdom delivery then when you get to check out charges almost half the item price for delivery!
Buyer beware . Can buy item locally at a fraction of the cost!

Un service aussi incompétent que lent
Ils me facturent 2 fois la certification et me forcent à repayer en suspendant la certification. 1 an après, leur comptable leur a demandé de me rembourser, ce qui a pris encore 6 mois.
Je fais une demande de transfert pour l'audit de suivi car je ne veux plus passer par eux : ils font trainer tellement que légalement, je ne peux plus faire le transfert et je suis coincée avec eux. En plus ils sont plus chers que la concurrence

SGS are not very good at communicating with their customers in UK. Our interim integrated audit was cancelled at short notice six months ago due to staffing issues. We have never heard anything since so have taken the decision to move another ISO auditing company.

The training management are not honest and lack integrity.
I would highly recommend to avoid the SGS training department.

Unprofessional service

Pésimo servicio. Son muy careros, muy poco profesionales y tardan mucho en atenderte.

For a company that advertises so many services and has offices worldwide ... you would think that at least one phone was manned in UK during business hours?
... probably the least communicative company I have ever dealt with ... NO ONE answers a phone and after a cursory email asking for your deatils then they go quiet for WEEKS ... how can this lot still be in business?

Requested an asbestos survey. Turned up at agreed time to give keys to 'surveyor' but he wasn't there and was on the other side of Manchester. Half an hour later he arrived. Left keys with him and waited two or three weeks for the report which I had to chase constantly. Report said surveyor did not have access to locked cellar. Cellar was not locked, just a bit stiff. Surveyor said as it had a key hole he thought it was locked. Gave access again and survey was completed this time. It took six weeks from the initial visit to get the completed survey. A special mention for Ms.Malpas the coordinator in Wolverhampton Office who was running the charade. She was truly unhelpful and seemed to me not to have a grip of on anything she was involved in.
