Tour guide gavin was very informative & knowledgeable about the ares we visited
And made the trips very interesting & enjoyable.
Hotel was very nice, food was lovely and staff were very nice.

Very good. It remains to be seen if the holiday lives up to hoped for expectations. If there is one criticism, it’s that the agent did not mention Shearings insurance option. I had to research and find health insurance and it was expensive.

Perhaps this was the wrong time of year for this Holiday, Attractions not yet open, Cold,Wet weather, with Sleet, Snow & high winds. Hotel & Food acceptable, but no Entertainment in the Evenings.

My booking with shearings was really easy. The staff member was really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. She was informative, explained everything making sure I was completely satisfied with the process. This is my second holiday with shearings and I'm sure it'll be as good as the last one.

Booking with Shearings was quite straight forward. The gentleman that was helping us with the booking was great, bit of banter as we went along. We have had quite a few trips with the company and enjoyed a majority of them.

Had a fantastic time at the Dutch bulb fields and the other trips out. Couldn't fault anything about the holiday. Couriers were fabulous and made the journey fun. Hotel and food was great.
Been with Shearings several times and never any problems. Brilliant company.

We found it hard to book in in line so we had to ring you in order to pay the balance which took three phone calls to get the balance payed.

We had such a really lovely time and made the most of the holiday by going on every excursion. Both the drivers were excellent, there was nothing we could fault. One thing, for our own pleasure, we would have liked to have stayed a couple more days to relax and enjoy the hotel , which by the way was faultless. We are looking forward to our next trip with you in June

I had to change holiday place to another and dates had to be changed also.

I had a few questions about my coach trip, shearings were excellent, helpful and very professional and patient. I wouldn’t hesitate to book their holidays.

Trip to the Dutch Bulbfields. Cramped coach, I am only 5ft1" and my knees touched to seat in front as they had put the seat back.Incorrect paperwork on the way out so we didn't arrive until 10pm so had no evening meal. Hotel had minimal menu after a full day in Amsterdam, no food on Easter Sunday. No breakfast on departure day but a packed bag fit for a child. This was my 1st trip with Sheerings, never again

My husband and I booked this five-day tour specifically to visit Keukenhoff Gardens in Holland. We were not disappointed! The gardens are beautifully laid out and a sight to behold. Also included in the tour were visits to a cheese farm, a steam train ride and boat ride. An optional extra was a visit to Amsterdam. Having visited the city before, we decided to use public transport to visit Volendam (a fishing port which is an half an hour bus ride from Amsterdam Central Station). Volendam is full of charm, pretty houses and cobbled streets.
Everyone on our coach tour got on well which added to the atmosphere of the holiday. We chose Shearings/Ledger because we have travelled with them before, and once again our tour guides Annemarie and Jon were exceptional. Very kind and caring, they went the extra mile to make sure that we had everything we needed.

If you do not mind early starts, I would recommend this holiday. We will definitely be travelling with Shearings/Ledger Holidays again.

It was all so easy and the person who booked it for me was very courteous only reason for 4 is I requested a postal confirmation as my tablet doesn't store my emails so now I have no confirmation

Helpful advisor and very understanding. Hope all the advice and recommendations will be followed when on the holiday.

We have as yet not been on holiday width Shearing , but the dealing we have had so far have been very good, they keep you in touch
