Not as advertised, then return policy nil,

Just a real bad, timely and costly experience. Nothing about website indicated it was a Chinese company until I got the shipping info. Took over a month to get. Color looking for was light to medium brown. It was strawberry blonde. Also ordered petite, was a large on my wife's head. Chemo patient to boot. Waited for two weeks while they were "out of the office" to get a response on exchange. Company didn't recommend exchange due to issues with customs. Offered us $30 dollars for the inconvenience with an apology and recommended we just sell it locally??? What a joke.

DO NOT order from this company. The wig I ordered was not what I received. Unmanageable, too dark.
Company said I could get 20% compensation if I did not send it back. I should sell it to someone else. Why would I do that if I was dissatisfied with it. Will never buy from them again.

I would give this company a 0. If that option was available. Ordered product on may 9th never received it. I've called an email, the only thing this company said, it was lost in mail. SMH. Please beware of this company. Please don't order from them.

Everything went wrong!!!. This outfit based in China has posted a very impressive website for human hair wigs. When you order one they send you something completely different. When you want to return it and get a refund($135) they refuse. I was offered $25 in "compensation." The return to China is quite expensive although the wig was shipped from Chino, California. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANY WIGS FROM THESE PEOPLE. Read the return "policy" and see what you think? Sound like a reputable company?

I purchased a pair of SHEHAIR hair straighteners on the recommendation of my hairdresser. I was very happy with them until a part of one the prongs of the plug came off? Having only purchased them in February 2025 I was advised by the seller to contact SHEHAIR as under warranty. The customer service for SHEHAIR is an email managed by Denise (Denise is also the name of the seller - I am sure it is a coincidence) who seems not very helpful and kept telling me I had broken the plug which I could pay for a replacement. I cannot understand why the item is not under warranty as under 1 year old but the messages from Denise were not helpful or written in the way you would expect from customer service. I asked for the complaints procedure and Denise advised she was it. It would seem I am wasting my time trying to get a replacement - I would advise anyone not to purchase this item as not fit for purpose or safe.

This company does not send the color you ordered. The quality is poor and I do not want the poor quality wigs.

Sheshair is not a reputable company…The wig I purchased was nothing like the wig advertised on their website and the quality of the hair is horrible. They do not honor their return policy. PLEASE DON’T purchase from Sheshair.com…!!!! I should have checked the reviews before ordering.

The wigs are cheaply made. Trying to return but getting the run around. Never buy from this company. I should have read the reviews. They have horrible customer service.

Company ships from overseas. So if you are not happy with product, like I am, you will have to pay international shipping. I paid $100 for a wig that looks like a costume piece and nothing like the picture on site. It is thin with the stitching showing and looks like doll hair or something worse. With their so-called return policy, since I didn't want to pay the shipping, they offered 20% back, which equals about $20. So I just lost $80 for this mistake. False advertising/AVOID this company!
I purchased wig online 10/26/24 advertised as "100% human hair Pixie wig w/short wavy layers and flirty fringe". No literature, picture, lable nor tag was incuded. It was a cheap looking synthetic 'mop'; the 'bangs reached to under my chin, straight, not wavy. It was neither the style, cut, length nor color I had ordered. On examining the outer packaging, down below the barcode I saw in tiny letters "WIGchemical fiber hair". I will attempt to contact and get full refund. Other reviews of Shehair company dont leave me very hopeful. I'll post another review to share the outcome of my refund request.

I purchased a wig through Sheshair. First time using them. I had also ordered a plastic wig holder. Both arrived in the same thin plastic bag. No protection. NO ID inside as to the wig; it's name or color or my information. No Id on the wig. I did not know if it was used or what, so immediately contacted them and sent a photo. I want my $ back and want to return the wig but they will not give me the return address to use for this. They offered to make a deal where they give me back a small portion of what I paid. I did not agree.

They say that you can return for a full refund on the site. WRONG
When I wanted to return a $139 wig, the color was not as represented, they offered me $25 to keep it or I could return to China ... through Customs, and pay the shipping cost .
I buy from Wigs.com a lot.... I have returned a few..
She's Hair is a company that is deceptive.

I am extremely disappointed with SHE and their customer service. After ordering an "Extensions Brush Exclusive" that significantly differed from the older version I preferred, I relied on SHE for a quick and effective solution. They promised to send the desired older version as soon as it became available. Despite my repeated inquiries and their assurances, I received nothing.

My experience with SHE was frustrating and time-consuming. Their lack of communication and complete failure to fulfill their promises indicate unreliable and unprofessional customer service. It's regrettable that a company is incapable of providing simple solutions to customer issues, instead making empty promises.

I advise potential customers to think carefully before ordering from SHE, as my experience has shown their service and customer care to be unreliable. There are many other companies that offer similar products with far better customer service.

Conclusion: Very disappointing and not recommended. A company that does not value its customers and fails to keep its promises.

Usually I would buy GHD’s but they are quiet expensive. Ordered some SHEHAIR wide plate straighteners as my hair dresser uses them…. Really pleased. 1/3 of the price of GHD’s, really good service: tracking number sent within hours of placing the order, they arrived the next day, free postage. Have only used them once but very impressed, variable heats and feel a good quality, with a year warranty too.
