After looking at various options with different companies we chose Sherborne to build a rear extension and to fill in the front porch to make the hallway bigger. We chose Sherborne on reputation and having done quite a few quotes we felt the price was fair. Right from the start they have been professional , courteous, punctual and a pleasure to work with . I made a few changes after contracts signed - never a problem. We have been kept informed throughout of the process - who would be with us on a day to day basis. Each team responsible for various parts of the project has been punctual, courteous, clearly all skilled tradesmen and kept the site as clean as possible. Our project manager was Jeremy who was friendly and we had a good rapport with him always contactable and approachable. Likewise the director of operations Andy Long is always available to speak directly to him if needed. Calls or emails always responded to promptly whether it was a weekday or weekend. They have created an amazing space for us to live in both structurally and aesthetically. In addition the front door they supplied is superb. Solid , secure and looks great. They make sure you are happy at all times : during the project and at completion We would not even look at another company in future and cannot recommend them highly enough. They have built up a great reputation in this area and I can now see why. Well done Sherborne , We are delighted.

Great quality windows and door. Installation is done very professionally and accurately. Luke -the installer- made sure all was dealt with up to the smallest details. Very nice work delivered and well tidied up afterwards. It wasn't an easy job due to the age of our house, but Luke and his colleague didn't complain once and worked hard.
Communication with the company was good and the whole process was easy and professionally done.
Highly recommended.

Friendly helpful staff, quality product and efficient service

Ours was a relatively modest project but Sherborne were very professional from start to finish making sure that our plans were carried out to the last detail. Excellent job!

We recently had 19 windows and 3 doors fitted by Sherborne in a grade 2 listed building. The service they provided was superb from start to finish. Communication in the planning phase was excellent and all our requests on timing were met. The fitting was carried out extremely professionally with the team on site making sure that we were aware of what would be done when. They made sure the house was left secure and tidy every day and made what could have been a disruptive process very easy.

I am extremely pleased with all around jobs and they (installers) ensured all communications are okay even they love having plenty cups of teas and worked hard all the time each day. The finishing touches looked so neat and very professional . Chris , the salesman was great to communicate and there was no pressure at all. Advised me to visit their show room which was a worthwhile visit. The windows and door look so smart and at last feel very warm in the house thank you!

From start of project to finish this was a professional and considerate build. we are delighted with the outcome and how it has changed the way we live downstairs. So glad we chose to work with Sherborne to get this project completed. Great company

We had a conservatory built by Sherborne 15 years ago, we put our house on the market and it was the conservatory that sold it.
On moving into our new home we went into to see Chris L at Sherborne, who we dealt with on our first conservatory. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on all the latest products and materials. They are not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, first class service, the best workmanship and top quality materials.
We went ahead with our new conservatory, but this time with a warm roof. From start to finish, all involved with our conservatory were extremely professional, polite and very respectful of our home. We are so pleased with the finished product. Thank you Sherborne on another fantastic conservatory.

Really happy with our new windows and doors

Just had our new windows and doors finished and are really pleased with them. The whole experience with Sherborne has been excellent and the staff have been helpful and friendly:
- Chris L was the salesman who we dealt with. He wasn't at all pushy and helped us explore lots of options (as we were not totally sure what we wanted).
- The surveyor (sorry, I forget his name) was efficient and made sure that everything was clear.
- Karen in the office provided clear communications with regards to payments.
- Andy, who is in charge of installations, was also clear in his communications and made sure that the job was scheduled at a convenient time for us.
- Mark and James did an excellent job with the installation. They paid great attention to details and made sure that we were completely happy with the finish before completion. They were tidy and considerate of our home.

The house now has a more modern look that we are really happy with.

Really pleased with our new front door. Customer service at the shop was excellent and Jamie in Hartley Wintney really knows his stuff.
They're pricey - but then you don't go there if you want a cheap uPVC door.

Just had our kitchen and bathroom windows replaced. What a great service, from the initial quote to the survey and finally the fitting, everyone who visited us and who we spoke to on the phone were professional and polite. Excellent sales service, with my new door created from a rough drawing I sent through via email. Every step of the way was explained and each time they delivered. Quality of my new front door is outstanding and the work involved in creating a new space and fitting was done with professionalism and is of a high quality. I would highly recommend Sherborne and they are most definitely one of the best on the market right now for bespoke wooden doors.

We had windows replaced with the Evolution range. They look just like real wood. We are delighted with them.
We did compare other windows with other window companies. We are so glad we chose Sherborne, nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The sales team were very knowable about the product and the fitters Were polite clean and professional. We just cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Great teams throughout the build from beginning to end - builders, fitters, electrician, joiner, plasterer, service team(s). Very well managed. Great communication from head office. Planning was excellent. All schedules were kept to, all issues followed up on reliably. The quality of the finished product is excellent.

We certainly would recommend the company to anyone. The service was excellent, as are the products. We are so pleased with the new windows and kitchen door. Work carried out in three phases, all to time and budget. Workmanship was good, fitters neat and tidy, cleared up after each days work, and all windows fitted the openings perfectly even though most were odd / different sizes.

Overall a real quality product, and a reasonable price. 10 / 10.

Highly recommended the best service we could if asked for. Everyone of the many guys that came and worked as part of the sherborne team from day one, we could not fault one of them. They have a great attitude and all take pride in each and every job given to them . We felt that nothing was to much to ask for. Every team that came in left us with a clean and tidy site even if they were back the next day. We sit in our new extension and love the skilled workers we had a chance to meet.
