We liked the service and the way they handled the entire process, appreciate the service , good job

what went wrong?
1. Handle broken for dressing table
2. Handle broken for computer table storage
3. Oil bottles leaked and spillover on other items
4. Powder boxes opened and were mixed together.
5. Photo frames were not wrapped with carton sheet.
6. Too much Cello Tapes used for wrapping all items and it leaves the stickyness permanently.
7. Demanded and collected too much of tips money per person though full amount was paid.
8. Small and minute items were mixed and very difficult separate out.
Totally bad experience.
