Excellent service and value

Don’t bother ordering from this company…

Don’t bother ordering from this company if you’re relying on getting your items on time. My order has been delayed for 10 days and I still haven’t received it. To make matters worse, the refund process takes another 10 days. Really disappointing experience..

Free next day delivery

Ordered a under counter fridge freezer which was stylish and very well priced. I was expecting a few working days for delivery, however when it came to check out the only option was next day delivery. I ended up waiting to order until we were available to receive the goods. Ordered easily on the website and the item was delivered free the next day, well packaged by dpd.

Absolute waste of time AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Absolute waste of time.
I ordered a grey splashback for my kitchen, as advertised on the Web page picture to show the colour.
When it finally arrived, a day late because the fool delivery driver tried to deliver it to the community centre as he obviously can't tell the difference between that and a house.
Anyway they sent me a green splashback not a grey one.
I have complained via their website but, have been totally ignored.
I will be applying to my bank for a reverse charge payment because it is not as described.
I have given ample time for a response but they are just attempting to sell me an extension to the warranty.
I will persue this with Trading Standards if I have to.
I would not recommend this product or company, and advise you shop elsewhere for your goods.

Avoid purchasing from this company

Bought a microwave June 2024 via Amazon with a 2 year warranty. Last month it stopped working we checked the fuse etc but it wasn’t that so contacted Ship It Appliances via Amazon after numerous messages Ship asked I email photos of the appliances then videos then more videos. This process has taken a in excess of 2 weeks. Today they have replied to say the warranty is voided as the sealed plug had been removed - it had to be to thread the lead through a small hole drilled into the work surface to use a plug below (how else would we get the plug through the work surface??)
Totally unprofessional and were obviously looking for a way to avoid their obligations.
Avoid this company.

Poor customer service

I ordered a fridge for delivery on 12 Feb. I waited in all day for it only to find out it hadn't been given to the courier on time. They then couldnt deliver until 4 days later so i had to buy a fridge and return the order. I am still waiting for my refund after chasing customer service twice. They take days to respond to messages. I would not use them again, really unreliable.

Non existent customer service!

I buy a lot of kitchen stuff as I have a kitchen business. I ordered and extractor fan to fit at a customers house but the mesh filters where the wrong size. Emailed them to resolve it, no answer. Emailed again, no response. Finally got a response 10 days later asking for pictures of the wrong items??? Sent that, no response. Has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will NOT be buying from them again.

Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service. A product was collected over 2 weeks ago and a refund was ‘processed’. No payment received, all emails ignored and no answer on phone lines!! disgraceful and it’s for a large sum of money also.

Very poor customer service

My experience started in early December and has only been resolved mid February.I am not able to comment on any appliance as it was returned unused but customer service is awful. I bought an appliance via Amazon with a delivery date showing 2 days. Upon purchase I was informed by email that delivery would be the next day then within a couple of hours advised it couldn’t be delivered on that day and to contact the courier to book delivery. The earliest date available was 10 days later. We had particularly looked and bought based on quick delivery so this was no good and I emailed asking to cancel but had no reply. Looking to Amazon for help their marketplace guidance for 3rd party sellers is to accept delivery then return. With that being the case I arranged for the appliance to be delivered. On receipt I started a refund via Amazon and was told I had to pay for the return. I argued that I’d emailed tried to cancel and that this was not a case of me changing my mind but delivery being over 10 days when at point of purchase it stated delivery would be 2. I also told them I’d emailed the eventual reply “sorry we were busy”. I also stated under Amazons marketplace sellers guide I’d been told to accept delivery as if I didn’t there would be no return tracking possibly causing issues. They weren’t interested, so I did pay to return the item which was delivered back to them on 13/1 I heard nothing. I chased them up and was advised appliance was received back and refund being processed. Since this time it has been a month of me asking what’s going on and being fobbed off. I have complained to Amazon who had initially said to try and resolve directly with the company but who today have intervened and issued me a direct refund.
As I said I can’t comment on the appliance but customer service has been appalling. Thank you Amazon for finally ending my misery.

Ok, but hiccup with delivery dates.

After ordering a small chest freezer, I selected a Saturday delivery because that was the only day I could guarantee being home. It didn't come the first Saturday after ordering, so I assumed it would come the next. However, mid-week I get a message from the carrier that it would be delivered on the Wednesday. Fortunately, the carrier allowed the delivery to be rescheduled for the Saturday, so no big drama.

Great deals on large appliances
