Most reviews you’ll read are from shoppers who make one-time of every-so-often purchases. I’ve been ordering volume with Shippsy for months now, and I have to say, it’s been a frustrating experience.

At first Shippsy is great - for small packages that is - or until they realize you’re ordering larger volumes.

Their customer support team takes no accountability for warehousing issues. They’ve lost 2 of my recent orders that have arrived TOGETHER with a third and continuously find excuses to ignore my calls or take absurd time to respond to my emails.

Keep in mind, as it’s been explained to me - the warehousing team sorts every package individually regardless of whether it arrives alongside other packages. I’ve never heard of such a time-wasting process. You’re fully relying on the goodwill of their warehouse facility team to process every order individually. Pray that your order makes its way across the border as I’ve had countless problems with “trust issues” and “incomplete information” claims.

The truth is that Shippsy is only good for small volume domestic customers. If you’re a serious small business, consider going through other routes. This one will cause tons of headaches and issues along the road.

I’ve been very happy with Shippsy as a resource for cross border shipping. Customer service has been exceptional with very fast response time as well as helpful and friendly representatives. Shout out to Peejay:-) thank you again!

I recently tried Shippsy service and I'm very impress! Everything was so smooth and their customer service was so helpful to help me track my package. They are the perfect option for Canadians who wanna shop products from the U.S, but they don't ship here because Shippsy is very affordable (I only paid $7 for shipping fee) and fast shipping time (I got my package within 4 days!)

Shippsy has Modded their duty and tax calculator to over charge you by a big percentage so they keep the rest.. you can see for yourself by checking the official government calculator.. they fully admit they have had issues with the calculator but have done nothing about because it’s done deliberately

I ordered 6 collectibles from two online companies in the US. Both shipments were sent to the Shippsy warehouse in NY. They opened the boxes, took pictures of my items, (which arrived in perfect shape) and sent me the pics via e-mail. Pics are taken to make sure items are as described, to process any duty or sales tax that I would have to declare and pay.
I completed the form, paid, and asked to consolidate my order into one shipment to send it to my home in Canada.

Unfortunately they took both orders with all 6 items, and decided to cram everything into one box.

Once it arrived to my house I opened the box, and surprise surprise! 2 of my items were damaged!! They wanted to blame Canada Post which is unreasonable because the damage was done at their warehouse.

They do not want to admit their mistake nor are they willing to do anything to make it right. No credit, no refund. I spoke to at least 3 / 4 members, supervisors and they would not refund me for the damage they caused.

Shippsy blocked me from making any further comments on their website. That speaks volumes.
