Ci sono volute due settimane e con UPS, in Inghilterra, un'esperienza decisamente negativa.
In consegna per giorni e mai consegnata fino ad oggi.
Per chi lavora un vero problema.

Wanted to transport an electric bike from Ireland to Denmark. Proved hard to arrange because of airlines reluctance to take ebikes.

I tried several shipping agents with no success but this company proved excellent. Good communication, picked up and delivered exactly as they said they would, and the tracking information was great. Reasonable price for the service they gave to, which is much more personal than an automated carrier.

Would definitely recommend them for shipping an ebike across Europe.

Really impressed with this service. The only hard part was the packing the bike - everything else was smooth as silk. Easy online quotation, straightforward instructions and payment, door to door service, kept informed at every stage and package arrived with just one day delay. I would highly recommend Shiptocycle. UPS was the carrier engaged by Ship to Cycle and the complete process was seamless and I might add excellent value for money using Ship to Cycle. I just want to say that the service from Shiptocycle has been impeccable and faultless. Sean is a star. I only found them through an online search engine, when I needed to ship my e-bike from Edinburgh to La Manga in Spain. In 7 days the bike was at its dropoff point in La Manga, safe and sound in its cardboard bike box with no damage. Of the 7 days in transit, 2 days were spent stationary in the Netherlands over a weekend. Tracked all the way!!! The paperwork and labels were all taken care of and just had to be printed off and stuck to the box. The cost to ship was reasonable and covered all shipping, duties, and taxes. Cannot ask for anymore and would use them again and would recommend them to others wishing to ship an e-bike. Richard

The service was very helpful in explaining what I needed to do and how to pack my bike. If I had a question they replied very quickly to my emails. They said 2-3 days from Germany to the US and was well under 72hrs for delivery. I'm impressed

We used Ship To Cycle to transport our Bicycle Case with a road bike from Cape Town to Hamburg in order to compete in the World Triathlon Championship on 14 July 2023. We agreed and arranged for the bicycle case and contents to be collected on 29 June with an arranged delivery date of 9 Juy in Hamburg. The full amount including their proposed insurance needed to be paid and was paid before the collection date. Due to the importance of the event and to ensure the bicycle arrive on time we took great care to ensure all the documents were attached on the bicycle case in the way Ship to Cycle required. The bicycle case with the bicycle never arrived in Hamburg. When the bicycle did not arrive on the time agreed we attempted to contact Ship to Cycle. The only way to contact them is with email which they reply on once a day. We informed them of the importance of the event and the importance of on time delivery but never received any form of communication from them unless we initiated communication via email which is the only way to get hold of them. Ship to Cycle also never took responsibility to ensure delivery but in their emails rather blamed all the other parties such as the shipping company they decided use to transport the bicycle. We then had to make arrangements at our own expense to start to arrange for a bicycle in order to compete on time in the World Triathlon Championship. After several emails Ship to Cycle in one of the email responses said the bicycle was located in the Netherlands and blamed UPS for the non delivery. Even then Ship to Cycle did not take responsibility or even attempted to resolve the matter and reunite us with the bicycle. I then contacted UPS myself and they said they will deliver the bicycle case with the bike at our hotel in Hamburg. Their soonest delivery date was after the event and and the date we had to depart from Hamburg to return to South Africa. UPS then committed to return the bicycle case with its contents to the collection address in South Africa. We have since our return to South Africa made several attempts to contact Ship to Cycle via the only way to contact them which is email to find out where our bicycle is and we can expect delivery. Ship to Cycle has now stopped to reply on any communication. We are now again left in the dark regarding the whereabouts of the bicycle case and its contents without any way of contacting Ship to Cycle but for email which they have no stopped responding to. The Ship to Cycle website also contain no contact detail or client service to contact in order to resolve the matter and locate our bicycle.

Overall a very good experience with the service, very quick on responding and kept in touch throughout the process.
Highly recommend them if you need to ship your bicycle all over the world!
