Good price and quick delivery.

In a pickle.
Ordered a tray from (another company) on 3rd of April, sadly they failed to deliver until the following Friday the 10th of April despite a promise of 3 working day deliveries.
I was forced to look elsewhere for a tray. Shower Trays took the order on Thursday 9th of April and it arrived at 07.00 hrs the next day, the 10th, at no extra cost.
Can't fault them or thank them enough as their tray as fitted, as planned on Saturday the 11th of April.

Ordered a RAK Resort full access toilet and Roman Haven8 shower pivot door and side panel for a corner installation. The invoice and packing list were correct but they sent a "closed to the wall" pan - this is no good to me, as the toilet is against an internal wall, so the soil pipe has to come out of the side. Not content with that, the 195cm tall shower panels came with a corner extrusion that is only 190cm tall. I'm frustrated, perplexed and embarrassed that the 2 main installations in this bathroom can't be used any more until this mess is resolved.

UPDATE: After initially dismissing my request for replacement of the incorrectly supplied corner extrusion, I reminded them of my rights under the Consumer Rights Act, at which point they agreed to send a replacement. This arrived damaged (presumably by the courier), so their supplier (Roman) sent a second replacement which luckily arrived intact. I had already bought a replacement RAK toilet pan (£200), as I needed this in place asap, although it cost as much as the complete original toilet assembly. So, we sort of got there in the end, but life would have been so much easier if they or their suppliers had delivered the correct items in the first place. What I didn't state in my original review was that I'd bought the items just over 2 years ago. However, the CRA requires products to be "fit for purpose" and covers up to 6 years from the date of purchase.

Very good service, delivered on the 24 hr delivery and arrived the following morning and the goods were very good and service exceptional. The team were also very accommodating. With the change to delivery.

Reliable service

We purchased a 1500x800 shower tray and it pools water along the opposite side of the drain not around the drain. Mx say this is quite normal, I do not. 4mm of standing water was not what I expected. Their response is you should clean it after use. That's fine if you are not disabled like my wife.

A solid well-built shower tray. It won't flex or move once fitted. The only downside is that it's heavy at 44Kg; it is definitely a 2-man fitting job. However, the weight is also a strength as it won't flex or crack under use.

Online, I ordered a single sliding shower door and gave the wrong size. I telephoned and got it changed. Collected within a couple of days and exactly what I needed. Would return to them without hesitation for any bathroom needs.

Waterproofing membrane which sealed around the edge of tray is excellent, that makes perfect seal all around the shower walls so in case of sealant failure water won’t leak down to ceiling or floor.
The only problem on installation I came across was leveling , base was plywood perfectly leveled I tried to use adhesive to stick on board but because of waterproofing membrane bottom of the tray was uneven so there was a bit time consuming to put it perfectly level position.
