We took several months o fill maybe 13 of these bags and not once has anyone rung here asking when they can pick them up which I think is great. No pressure to get the job done and when we had completed our purge in the office, you arranged a pick up and were here on time.

Booking was fine and after booking I asked to reduce the collection to between 1pm and 5pm. Then at 12 the driver phoned to say he was outside and needed to leave. I called the office and they arranged for him to come back later but I could have done without the hassel

Appt was booked for collection of bags to be shredded. All collected quickly and removed as arranged. Excellent service as always.

We have used Shred-it twice this year already. Firstly 120 boxes onsite shredding and then 19 boxes and 2 recycles sacks.
The staff both times are happy and helpful.

Stefano was really helpful throughout, dealing with my queries quickly and effectively. Even though he wasn't able to personally deal with all of the queries, Stefano made sure to direct them to the right team and to call me back to confirm what he'd done and the next steps to expect.

I contacted Shred It as their website looked a good fit for what we wanted, which was file and drive destruction. Having called and spoken to Dean Newton he explained how it all would work, costs and service. We discovered more drives to shred and he returned with quotes for these. All in all it was a great experience. Even the person who collected was pleasant and helpful. We were kept informed when it all would happen and the follow up could not have been better. We will use Shred It again.

Shred-it was an absolute god send when it come to shredding all our unwanted paper work going back 5 years.

A very helpful, courteous experience this morning. My problem was listened to, and a solution found.

There was a problem in that the confirmation email detailing the date of our shred it purge came from an address that was not recognised as Shred it, and therefore missed.

However, it is now resolved with compassion and empathy. Thank you

I had to chase them 3 times by phone & email for a collection date. I paid up front & It took 3 weeks to have
archive files collected. So please be patient as different teams do different jobs within company.

Absolutely shocking service from Shred-it.
We booked a confidential document destruction service more than two weeks ago and paid over £1,000 upfront. We were assured the collection would be arranged as soon as possible, yet the entire process has been plagued by poor communication and a complete lack of professionalism.
After waiting for weeks, we were given a collection date of 3rd June, only for it to be changed to 2nd June at the last minute. No consideration was given to the impact this would have on our business.
The most frustrating part was the collection itself. We had 65 boxes of confidential documents ready for shredding. Due to the sensitive nature of the documents, we were not permitted to leave them unattended overnight in the loading bay. On the morning of the collection, I was travelling to the office specifically to move the boxes downstairs.
The driver arrived at 9:00 AM without any advance notice, phone call, text message, or indication of an arrival time. When he saw that the boxes were still upstairs, he simply left. There was no attempt to contact us, no flexibility, and no effort to find a solution.
What makes this even worse is that I am still waiting for someone to contact me. Despite the inconvenience, disruption, and the fact that we have already paid over £1,000, nobody has taken responsibility or provided a clear resolution. The lack of communication has been unacceptable from start to finish.
For a company that handles confidential business documents, I expected a professional and reliable service. Instead, we have experienced poor customer service, missed commitments, a failed collection, and ongoing silence.
I would not recommend Shred-it to any business that values reliability, communication, and professionalism.
