I recently visited this salon for a facial, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The treatment was incredibly relaxing, and my skin felt refreshed and glowing afterward. The staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit.

I believe the receptionist's name was Iman, and she was especially sweet and friendly. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and provided excellent customer service.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality treatments and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I look forward to returning!

Halima’s service is always brilliant, she is so friendly and professional and always makes sure I am comfortable and doing okay. Her waxes are always perfect which is why I have been going to her for over 5 years!

I had a long and useless treatment. Staff don't stick around very long. Changed several practitioners some of them didn't know what they were doing. By the time my sessions were over I left the clinic with more brown spots I had to beginn with. My treatment lasted for over a year. I wasted money. I wish I could give 0 but I can't.
If you have brown spots or melasma problem I would go elsewhere unless you have money to waste.

I had plasma microneedling sessions last year for acne scars, and I regret getting this treatment. In my experience, the procedure did not seem to be carried out professionally. Instead of improving my skin, it left additional marks and visible needle scars that were not there before.

My skin looked worse after the treatment, and the scarring became more noticeable. I spent a significant amount of money with no positive results and am very disappointed with the outcome.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this treatment or this clinic.

Awful experience with this clinic.
Promised clear skin, ended up with damaged skin barrier and confirmed (by qualified dermatologist) skin scarring. Clinic deny refund or any compensation. I have now requested my personal records multiple times and they are making it very difficult for me to access them. Their messages are now neither polite or understanding.

Their previous reviews must be from friends and family as the service I have received has been awful and very damaging to my mental wellbeing.
