This is worthless products selling online platform.they didn't mention any charges for return and the product was completely different from we ordered and collected one it very un useful they are explain to us is bullshit one.do not order this products it is worthless and no use at all .

Utterly disgraceful! The saree arrived torn and of shocking, third-class quality. To make matters worse, the seller refuses to offer a refund or replacement. This is blatant cheating and total negligence. A complete scam—stay far away unless you want to waste your money and patience!

Fake ratings, fake quality, total scam.
Quality feels like crushed paper — completely unwearable.
Color doesn’t match at all with what’s shown.
“Buy 2 Get 1 Free” is a joke — not even ONE is worth keeping.
This is clearly a gimmick to cheat customers. Avoid at all costs.

I am yet to get my money back after 2months and the sari was not delivered

Pls don’t buy they r not showing exact saree just photo thy put ad say buy 2 get 1 but when I got the saree it is not as in photo completely waste different blouse colour. Customer care person is rude speaking ad cut the call. No refund Instagram should remove this account if not many public will be affected. Scam website pls don’t buy I lost my money I don’t want others to lose.

While purchasing saree they are returning option is there, but when if we want to exchange or return it, they are telling only Exchange no return and if I want to return the saree, we need to send from our side the saree quality is to low it’s like 300rs same i have given 1450rs for that saree as same photo which they r showing it’s not in live plz don’t buy any one waste of money..

Quality is very bad, moreover they have attached 1 meter plain cloth instead of the same material saree cloth , resulting cheat. Never buy from this website.

Beware of this scaming website.... Cheap company silkfolks, The material is 3rd class and not as shown in pics and colors is completely different compared to shown in pics. When I contacted them ,they asked me to courier it . I was ready to spend for that but when I asked for refund they arrogantly told that you can choose any other saree but no refund. I ordered based on what I got the basic information on refund policy of this website on Google. Now as they have my money Rs 3048 , they are not ready to even listen to the customer 's complain. They arrogantly told to send the product and select any other saree but no refund and cut the call. Please don't buy from this website it's totally fake and fool innocent customers
