I am loyal to Silqmist as their hair & customer service have never disappointed. One thing Silqmist could consider is loyalty cards lol but you do gain ‘Mist points’ each time you purchase from them.... Mehr ansehen

If I could give this company zero I…

If I could give this company zero I would. Very poor, I ordered an item and heard nothing at all.
I contacted them via email and nothing. I had to go through PayPal to get my money back.

If you want to lose your money, order from these people. If you would like to spend your money on an item which actually arrives and a company who is legit DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

SCAMMER

Please for the love of god do not order hair from this company, you are being ripped off!

The processing period that they indicate on the website is not correct, this is approximately 2 weeks longer.

They refuse to let you cancel your order. You will also not get your money back if you are not happy with the service provided or the product when you return it, you will receive in-store credit.

And believe me, with the poor quality products they provide and the appalling service, you will never want to have anything to do with these scammers again! DO NOT DO IT

I am looking into whether I can file a joint claim against silqmist together with other victims. The goal is to ensure that this company has to stop as quickly as possible and to avert a claim for damages for all victims. So please contact us, the more victims the greater the chance of success.

Currently they have 12 people registered with me, join us!

Ordered two wigs, quite pleased but wig cap is big for small head

I ordered the 100% Unprocessed Human hair Savannah Frontal Wig- 14inch for my birthday, communication was good and it came on time.
My only issue is the cap size, which I asked about since I have a small head but I was told one size fits all but it didn’t fit me. The quality of the wig is good, didn’t shed a lot and no weird smell, which is a bonus for me. It was my first coloured wig and I Love it x
I also ordered 100% Unprocessed Human hair Mona Closure Wig- 12inch, haven’t worn it yet but the wig cap is also big for my head, have to readjust it.

Horrible

I’ve ordered from this x3 and each wigs were just terrible got a 613 blonde wig which shedded a lot didn’t even have for a whole month same thing with their black wig unit and the water wave wig shrunk lace was balding.

Hair sheds alot

Hair sheds alot, brittle poor quality.

Read the reviews and stay clear.

Honestly do not know how this company is still trading.

I have had a terrible experience with…

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I purchased 3 bundles of hair however the quantity was simply such a small amount I would be unable to weave my hair with a leave out. They assured me the bundles were 100grams each which I believe is simply untrue because I usually buy 2 x 100 grams bundles from my normal supplier and that is more than enough to do my hair. I asked for a refund for the unopened bundles which they refused to give, instead they offered me a credit note which I do not want as I do not want to buy from this company again. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Now I need to look at ways that I can get my money back so I can do my hair. Customer service is also really poor. I could not get through on the phone, and they took forever to respond to my emails.

Poor quality hair

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered the Naomi wig and unfortunately have to say that this is the worst quality hair that I have ever had. The hair was thin, brittle and sheds leaving noticeable split ends. According to Silq Mist, this is normal. Will not purchase another wig from this company again. They refused to give me a refund, however I ended up getting the money back from my bank.

Unprofessional and poor customer service

I placed a two separate orders about 2 weeks ago. I emailed the company for an update on when my order will be received as i did not receive a tracking number. When emailed, they informed me that my order would take 2-10 days which they claimed was express delivery. This is not express and simply a way to get more money out of you.

I’m now 14 days post initial order and I’ve had to message them on instagram as emailing them is a lost cause. I messaged them informing them that i needed to be out of the country later this week and would not be able to receive the order therefore i would like to know when my items would be shipped to me. They could not give me an answer and have resorted to calling me “hun” in my communication with them. Highly doubt I’ll get a refund but I will surely not be accepting any gift cards, otherwise we will be meeting each other in small claims court.

Please avoid them like the plague.

Misleading delivery time, refund refused

I purchased Sunday October 29th, delivery said 2-10 working days.
The following day I came accross a TikTok of two women packaging weekend orders on a Monday. This was coincidental as it was silqmist and was after my purchase, but it reassured me that my order would be sent promptly and that I was buying locally.
This wasn’t the case, the very last date for delivery would’ve been 10th November but it still wasn’t sent on the 9th of November so I requested a refund that same day.
This is was refused, I was told my order was already processed which wasn’t the case. In a case like this, you simply apologise for the delay and offer a refund.
My tracking number was generated on the last day of expected delivery (10th nov)but Royal Mail didn’t receive it until the following day, 13 days after purchase.
Instead of issuing a refund when requested, I will have to jump through hoops just to get my own money back.
I purchased from a company based in China instead and the order came in a week.
