Love the quality of the jewelry doesn't feel like cheap chains. I have been ordering from them for long time. The jewelers take time for every pieces always received my merchandise on time when promised never had an issue. The merchandise is very reasonable priced always will order from them

I ordered over 140.00 worth of jewelry. Most of it was nice but two necklace (one being the most expensive about 45 and the other ahoy 25) looked horrible (color and fake look). I contacted to try and return it and this was there response :

Dear customer,
Thanks for your response. Is the chain too long? Do you want another 14" chain?
According to our refund policy, customer is responsible for return shipping fees and Silviax only refund 50% fee if customer returns the items due to personal reasons.
We can send you a new chain. Is it ok for you?

I asked them for a new chain since it’s pointless to loose 50% and pay shipping back and this was their response:

Hi, there
We can send you a new chain for initial necklace but you need to pay the shipping fee $6. But if you want a new 13.5mm Cuban Chain you need to pay $27.
So if you want the a chain for crown letter necklace, you need to pay $6. If you want both chain, you need to pay $33.
Please let us know your thought.

So basically, you better hope their items are nice or you’ll pay for a whole other new chain from them just to get half refund or get another piece. Pointless. Never shopping from them again.

I received a necklace. It was very beautiful. It didn't change colors and it looks beautiful on my skin and it doesn't look cheap.

I ordered a memorial piece for my friends daughter. The picture quality was amazing and clear. The pendant piece was solid. The chain could have been better quality but overall I order another piece for her mom

The name plate earrings are too big for a kid ears and definitely too big for an adult ear.
