I was to have service set up on Dec 2nd and when the installer got to our house and spent a good 30/40 mins trying to connect to your tower I was told that he couldn’t install today and that someone would call me and fill me in on why I it wasn’t installed..
I’m still waiting for that call….

It was a smooth process from setting up the account to installation. Every person I have contacted and communicated with is professional and competent. No installation fee is a big plus. Nothing is hidden, as advertised. The Internet is up to speed. I am a very happy customer.

Great customer service, quick and easy to get set up with an appointment for a technician to connect service at my address. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He called with an eta and arrived at the estimated time I was given and was at my residence for no more than an hour.
