I would not hesitate to recommend SimplyEasy to anyone. Genuinely.
We have used them for our two bedroom loft conversion and have not been disappointed.
The workmanship has been superb, with the build team being professional, courteous and impressively efficient.

I procrastinate like nothing else and it’s fair to say we took a long time in choosing the right company for our work, (we saw at least 7) but Sebastian and Marius presented a super professional team and asked me all the right questions to make me feel they were The One!
The fact they are very competitively priced was a bonus.

Even my neighbours have been impressed with how tidy they have been on site, especially after another neighbours builders were less careful/thorough and the street frequently woke after a blustery night with builders rubbish strewn up and down the street!

Overall I’d highly recommend them and am already signed up to use them again for a larger kitchen extension project.

"Who did your loft conversion?" is all we keep getting asked. It is beautiful, so neat and done to a very high standard. We always have the same reply.... Simply easy refurbs. Like anyone who is planning on having massive renovations done in their home, I was quite hesitant and anxious in the beginning stages, but I needn't be, as even from the very beginning, the builders were very professional, polite, had good manners, were efficient and were tidy in their works each day. Sebastian and Marius were keen in keeping us posted with the weeks schedule of works via WhatsApp. They always responded to any queries we had in a timely manner. It was so exciting to see the works in progress and to meet different trades people along the way who again were all very professional. We were given advice/suggestions along the way outside of our contract which we were very grateful for, such as knocking down an interior wall adjacent to our new staircase. This worked so well since the landing looks so much bigger and the lighting is just beautiful now. So glad it was recommended to us, with no pressure in our decision. We felt as if we were in control throughout the project.

With any big project, teething problems are expected and we were not exempt from this, however Simply Easy have been given 5* review from us due to their efficiency, honesty and willingness to correct any issues which unexpectantly arose, which were out of their control, but which they took ownership for nethertheless. Customer Service is exemplary, which is a real deal breaker for me. We were confident and reassured every step of the way.

We are extremely happy and can't wait to fully furnish our two new bedrooms and ensuite bathroom. The children are especially happy with the extra space.

We are so happy with our loft conversion and so so happy we chose Simply easy to fulfil this for us. We 100% intend to use them again when we plan on refurbishing our kitchen next year. Since the start of our conversion, we've had two friends who are also interested in using Simply Easy, one of which who has also just started his conversion with them too.

Sebastian, Marius and their team have done a great job on our loft conversion. They converted our loft into a double bedroom with en-suite, and took 8 weeks to complete. They were very informative from the quote and things progressed quickly, from getting the drawing to getting the work started. We were supported throughout the build with clear communication, always on hand to answer any queries we had. Happy to recommend them!

Having contacted several well-recommended companies to enquire about our loft conversion project, we decided upon Simply Easy Refurbs for a few reasons.

Firstly, from the initial meeting with Sebastian and Marius, it was clear that they were committed to delivering high-quality work with a focus on customer care. The fact that we got to meet Marius, who would be managing the build, at the first pre-sales stage gave us all the reassurance that our project was going to be in safe hands, and they did deliver beyond our expectations. Secondly, they worked exclusively in our local area with their team of contractors. Thirdly their pricing for the whole package and insurance guarantees was very competitive!

During our initial meetings Marius addressed points not mentioned by any of the other companies, so we felt very reassured that they truly knew what they were doing. Our project was slightly more complex than a normal loft, as all the ceilings needed lowering and they did this beautifully and very quickly.

Once we instructed Simply Easy Refurbs to start our loft back in February they were very prompt and professional throughout and even though the COVID-19 lockdown took place in the middle of the works, the Simply Easy Refurbs teams worked throughout this period of uncertainty and delivered beyond expectations and worked with us so we could move back into our house as soon as possible.

Marius and his team are highly skilled and work extremely diligently, and are clean and respectful to boot.

Seb was on hand throughout the project to ensure that everything was completed in good time and to a high standard. It was a tough time to complete the project during the pandemic and Seb ensured that this was done with safety in mind. Meetings with the workmen to finalise finer details were arranged around my work commitments meaning I did not have to take time off work to facilitate this. I am very pleased with the final outcome of the project.

We used this firm for a house extension in Tooting and they were very constructive about the options available and relative pricing, we found the quality of workmanship good and they were generally very responsive to any questions we had and refining any modifications required as is an inevitable in projects like this.
Sebastian and Marius were excellent, hands on and dealt with enquiries promptly.
We were very satisfied and would recommend them.

Incredible Loft Conversion!

The level of service and work received when I employed SimplyEasyRefurbs for my loft conversion was outstanding. Having not undertaken such a project before I was apprehensive and lacking in knowledge about the process however Sebastian and the team were there every step of the way, keeping me updated and ensuring the project was completed to a high spec but also inline with the original quote.

Sebastian and Marius are the perfect team, extremely helpful, professional and diligent with all their work. They were extremely helpful when I wanted changes from the originally agreed specifications, and went out of their way to help - even with things that weren't part of the building works (e.g. they helped take my bed upstairs!). I've used 3 different building companies in my house, and Simplyeasy were miles above the other 2. They stick to their timelines, get their work done quickly and professionally, and nothing is too much hassle for them. I'm extremely happy with how the project has turned out - the new room and bathroom look incredible, and really recommend both Sebastian and Marius, as well as the rest of the team, as great people to work with.

Really brilliant, efficient and honest service. The work was completed to a really high standard, everything left neatly and cared for and everyone we met was extremely professional and polite (including towards some quite difficult neighbours!). We even suggested work that needed doing, and were told that it wasn’t necessary - no attempts to make an extra buck. We would highly recommend Simply Easy Refurbs and they’re top of our list for future work. Really great to have a trustworthy team out there.

The whole project went smoothly since day one of the project from scaffolding, rubbish collections, the work itself , the communication was great , any small problem we had was dealt swiftly and with a professional manner , we just had total hustle free , we even trusted them by given them our home keys to finish the job while on holiday, I honestly recommend this company to anyone wanted to have an extension or a loft conversion.

From our first meeting with Sebastian and Marius we felt confident they could provide us with the loft conversion we wanted (within our very tight budget) and they did not fail to deliver! Everything their service offered was hugely impressive - their regular communication to update us on the various stages of the project, as well as quick reactions to our many queries; the extremely tidy, professional and friendly team of builders working on site; the numerous cost saving tips and most importantly the fantastic finish and the fact the work was done so quickly. have first approached SimplyEasy Refurbs in December 2018 when we have decided to convert our loft. Having searched through several companies, my husband and I were impressed after the initial meeting as both the owner (Sebastian) and the project manager (Marius) attended unlike the other companies we got a quote from.

We felt the quote given to us was well broken down into ensuring we understood what was included though might be also useful to get a second opinion from someone you trust, which we did and they found it to be a reasonable, competitive price. Despite liking the quote and the representatives we met, I wanted to make sure that I can be confident with our choice as it was a huge commitment. I have sent countless emails and questions to Sebastian to reassure myself, all of which were answered promptly and with patience. Excellent communication throughout which in the end was one of the deciding factors.

We had a few initial hiccups due to party wall agreement (not due to the company but because of having to deal with a housing association), however, Sebastian and the surveyor team worked hard to help us resolve it satisfactorily.

When the project finally began, all the different teams starting from the builders, plasterers, carpenters, electrician, plumber, people who were preparing walls for plastering as well as doing touch ups - all of them coming in were fantastic, always tidying up after themselves at the end of each day which is much appreciated as we are living in the property whilst the works are done. The initial structure was put up efficiently and fast, many neighbours commenting on how lovely it looks from the outside.

As we started, our project grew and is therefore still ongoing as we had our ceilings lowered so have decided to also refurbish the first floor and now also the ground floor, the kitchen and the garden.

So far so good. :-) There will be inevitable hiccups and things will not always go smoothly as you have to be realistic with big projects, particularly, if you continue to live at your property whilst works are ongoing. Nevertheless, I can rest easy knowing that Sebastian and Marius, and their team, will do their utmost to sort everything using excellent communication and teamwork between the different teams.

I would highly recommend them and will be happy to speak to any potential customers upon request as I know how invaluable this is when commiting such large amounts of money and your home.

Joe and his team did a 5 star job on our wrap around extension this summer, we were worried as were expecting a baby with timescales. The project was finished on time and the preparation to ensure we had minimal disturbance was second to none. The workmanship is impeccable and we are so pleased with the whole process from start to finish. Highly recommend!
