Our experience with simply loft back in August was great from start to finish. They were competitive price wise and handled the whole build from start to finish

We added some preferences and these were all handled well and we are extremely pleased with the finished build.

The speed in which it moved forward was impressive and our project manager Gyorgy was fantastic and always helpful with any questions and was quick to respond to any questions we had

I could not recommend our builders Aldo and Mario enough. We have lived in our current house through an entire renovation over 5 years and have had various builders undertake work but they have been by far the best. The build was clean, tidy, considerate and very high standard. Aldo and Mario are great communicators, nothing was too much trouble and they were just generally lovely to have around. All the trades they brought in were the same, tidy, considerate, hardworking and lovely to have around. Aldo and Mario also worked hard to minimise any disruption caused to neighbours and to communicate with them. We are 100% happy with the build and dwfintley recommend them.

We had an amazing team under Aldo and Mario. We have done a number of projects before but others don’t compare to this team. Lovely people to have around, super clear communications and absolute craftsmen. Amazing work. We could not recommend that team more. Thank you guys! Dan and Nicky

Simply Loft were fantastic from the first visit to the end of the build. No pushy sales - just honest advice. Aurel and his team did a brilliant job of the build, with quality work from every tradesperson. Would thoroughly recommend.

We absolutely love our new loft space and the experience from start to finish was great. Our contractor Loren was fantastic and someone who finds solutions which isn’t always the case with all builders. The communication was brilliant and Loren and his team were always very responsive and so helpful. The guys were all great workers and made the whole process smooth especially considering we were living in the house at the time with 3 young kids. The work is excellent quality and it’s transformed how we live in the house for the better. Would highly recommend!

We used Simply Loft after a three quote tender and they came back best value in terms of quality and cost. Simply use a clever app to manage projects which made the process easy to monitor and keep track of payments (thought be aware it isnt set up well for omissions to the contract so keep an eye on that). Calin and Team were brilliant builders, very attentive and good communicators.

Absolutely fantastic experience with our loft conversion to create a new utility room and king bedroom. Brilliant communication skills by all the team at Simply Loft and main builder/lead Ben was really great. Great company, definitely recommended! Looking for and working with a builder can be quite tough and risky, but Simply plays a crucial role in making the whole experience much better. Firstly, they were the only company who provided us with a quote in plain English. Don’t underestimate the importance of it; most builders provide with you a shopping list for materials which you can’t understand and have no absolute guarantee that it won’t go over. Simply provided a very simple explanation of the final outcomes which made it super clear and gave us the peace of mind. Secondly, their builders are good. We loved working with our builder, Envi, who did a high quality job overall and provided a very friendly service. Also always went the extra mile to accommodate improvements, finally finishing on time and budget. We didn’t need it much but it was great to know Simply would be there to protect us if anything went wrong or any misunderstanding occurred (which I bet often does when working with individual builders). Finally, simply is also quite competitive in pricing. Great to have this extra layer of service and protection without having pay a big premium vs individual builders. Big thank you to the whole Simply team and our builder. We recommended them to a few friends who are also happily working with them and we certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking to do an extension or renovation

We recently had a loft conversion and kitchen refurb with Simply and are delighted with both. Aldo was in charge of the build and I can't recommend him and Mario highly enough. Their attention to detail, willingness to put in the extra effort to get things exactly as we wanted them, and how easy and great they were to communicate with all made it a great experience. Simply's facilitation of the different partners needed and overall pm made it a seamless experience. Strong recommend.

Simply Loft works as follows: you agree to have them do your project, and they then hire a construction team, provide an architect, etc.

The on-site work provided by Florjan, his brother Fredi, and their team (FML Construction) was excellent. There was clear communication throughout, and they responded well to any questions or issues we had, ensuring that the work was done to our satisfaction. It was clear that they took ownership of the project, and wanted a good final product as much as we did. I would unreservedly recommend Florjan, Fredi and their team to anyone undertaking major or minor projects at home. The five stars I've given are for the work they did.

Unfortunately we were frustrated with the work provided by Simply's architect. They told us that certain elements of our design weren't possible, even though they clearly were based on identical projects neighbours had done. Ultimately we got the design we wanted, but only because we refused to continue with the design the architect was insisting on, which would have made our living space significantly worse. Their unwillingness to reconsider the design caused a six week delay in our project.

We had a loft ensuite built and an existing bathroom rebuilt. Simply were very helpful in explaining the various stages and what to expect. Envi led the building team and co-ordinated everything on site. The team were approved by Simply and were very helpful and courteous. The end result is brilliant and we are really pleased with the new space in our home.

Avoid if possible. The company promises a high-service experience (and charges accordingly) but in practice they will sub-contract (resulting in complete luck of the draw with respect to whom you get), allow you little choice in your project manager and when things go wrong they will side with their sub contractor.

Ended up with an architect that we were disappointed with and a project manager (WRN Construction - I see a 2nd complaint about them on this page) with no known project management qualifications (which became clear to us throughout the project).

Poor experience made worse by the fact that their customer service team was incredibly difficult to contact. As an example, when a Simply representative came to review the snag list, they turned up several hours later than communicated and were unable to wait even 30 minutes to discuss the issues list.

Envi was great, co-ordinating the project from beginning to end. Always bringing good ideas forward, always available and always reliable, efficient co-ordinator of his team with a firm grasp of the project. Simply dashboard was a great way to see project overview and things like project status, variations and payments. Simply helped early on with the planning and party wall business. Very pleased with the end result.

Just had our loft done by Simply Lofts and overall it’s been a great experience. We live in west London and spoke to 2 local companies plus Simply. The two local companies were significantly more expensive so we chose Simply with a little trepidation. However we could not be more pleased with the results. Our contractor Igli was super helpful with advice and - most importantly- super quick to respond to our questions on the WhatsApp group. We never had to wait long for a reply. He guided us through every step of the way and was particularly patient with us as well. I would highly recommend Simply Lofts.

Amazing Amazing Amazing !!!! We have just had our loft converted by Simply Loft, it was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, top intro/meet at start, the plan/design was exciting, and the build and end result have been exceptional. The team from the office to the builders, have all been as professional as it gets, thank you guys, our loft is absolutely stunning and has transformed our living space.

Andrei and his team of two worked on our hip-to-gable loft extension, which was turned from an uninhabitable attic space into a spacious master bedroom with en-suite. The actual building time took around 4.5 months, with no major issues or delays.

The works were a lot less disruptive than we had anticipated considering both of us were working from home frequently, and the builders did a great job of cleaning up all the dust before leaving every day, which we really appreciated. Andrei was very responsive and both he and the other builders were helpful in advising us on any building or design choices throughout the process, as well as any additional variations that we requested to the extension. The work was done in a timely manner, there were no points where we had any concerns about the progress being made as Andrei shared photos with us regularly.

We are also happy with the service Simply Loft provided and the dashboard we used to keep track of the payments, which was really useful.

The quality of the building work and final result exceeded our expectations, and several months on we are still extremely pleased with our new loft bedroom and bathroom! (As is our cat!)

Our simple loft conversion on a pretty small space was a success thanks to the Simply team. Our buildings allocated team led by Alanano was brilliant and we finished slightly late (due to delays on our side) but on scope and budget. We really recommend Simply because of their straightforward process, availability and flexibility when needed.

Simply provided a great service and extremely good builders. We were very happy with how they managed us through the process, answering all initial queries and getting us started. Then the builders they provided were very professional and did a great job, adapting to our needs and providing contractors to get the whole thing finished before Christmas. They were responsive, hardworking and polite and it was a pleasure to work with them.
